If you’re craving the classic chicken and waffles, or like me, a lover of spicy fried chicken and brioche buns look no further!
I ordered the Habero hot honey sandwich and I was not disappointed. Proportions were satisfying. If you’re a veteran to habanero levels of spice it may be less spicy than you desire. But if you’re thinking about taking the leap into super spicy, this is a great entry point for you. Juicy, spicy, sweet, fast service, and a great playlist to go along with your food!

Tried Bruxie for the first time and went with the krckin “Nashville “ Hot and honestly, so good. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, and the sauce added the perfect amount of flavor without being too heavy.
Love this location, the staff was super friendly, and the space feels modern and stylish. Such a great vibe overall. Definitely coming back for more.

Bruxie in Brea turned out to be a much more exciting and enjoyable place than I expected, and the moment I walked inside I felt this bright and energetic atmosphere that teenagers would absolutely love. The whole space feels social and welcoming, almost like a natural hangout spot where teens can relax, talk, and enjoy something fun to eat. I saw a lot of teenagers there, and it made perfect sense because the atmosphere has this upbeat feeling that makes you want to stay longer than you planned. The music is pleasant without being overwhelming, the seating feels casual and comfortable, and the overall environment makes it easy for teens to feel free and creative while they enjoy their food.
The service at Bruxie adds to that experience in a really positive way. The staff members were friendly and patient, and they treated everyone with the same upbeat attitude that makes the place feel even more inviting. Teens appreciate when they can take their time choosing what they want without feeling rushed, and the workers at Bruxie make that possible. Good spot for brunch! The waffle was crispy and light, and chicken was well fried. Would recommend the spicier flavors (like hot honey) for an extra kick. I liked that the meal didn’t feel overly heavy. Everything was actually pretty light and easy to eat. Plenty of seating both indoor & outdoor. It’s a great casual spot to eat in downtown Brea.

Once in a while you feeling like indulging yourself with some fried chicken and waffles. Today I tried the hot honey chicken sandwich on waffles and it was tasty sandwich with just enough spice to keep things interesting. The top waffle was perfect, but the bottom was super soggy. Drinks were self-served along with some utensils. A nice little spot to grab a bite and enjoy a swell spring day.

Listen here, the place was slammed but the staff did a wonderful job of moving people along in a timely manner. I got a turkey breast sandwich with no pesto and add mustard which one of the staff members recommended and it did not disappoint. The waffles were all cooked perfectly. The lemonade was perfect and refreshing. The strawberry shake was light and flavorful. I reheated the naked waffle like 8 hours after I ordered it and it was still super delicious. Bruxie you got a fan in me. The strawberry creme was super good too!!!

Y’all Rosco’s who? This is the best chicken and waffles I have ever had. The waffles are buttery so good. The chicken is flavorful and not dry. I love the box set up lol and we got Vermont maple syrup bottles will be back
