We were so disappointed when the James City Pizza Hut location closed—it’s been a long-time favorite in our household. But as it turns out, it was a blessing in disguise! The team at the Glenburnie location has expanded their delivery area and now delivers to us, and we couldn’t be happier with the service and quality.
We’ve ordered a few times now, and every experience has been excellent. The wings are consistently cooked to perfection and generously sauced—just the way we like them. The pizza has just the right amount of sauce, and believe it or not, the toppings are actually evenly distributed across the whole pizza (a rare and appreciated detail!).
On our most recent order (7/31), the driver went above and beyond. He called when he arrived, respecting our “Do Not Knock” notice—something we really appreciate to avoid setting off our enthusiastic dogs. He didn’t just drop the food and walk away—he made sure we received it properly.
Huge thanks to the Glenburnie Pizza Hut team for stepping up. You’ve definitely earned some loyal customers here!

The pizza I ordered was burnt and the sauce and cheese were pretty much nonexistent.

Very friendly staff. Ordered the new Chicago style pizza. Cooked perfectly and was a good deal. I’ve never ordered delivery from this location so I can’t review that, but I’d still recommend them.

Worst place to order from they charged my card then charged at the door. Had to call the police to get my money back. Wish I could give no stars. I order a Sierra Mist and got a sprite. I thought they sold sold only pesi products but I guess this location must be different. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. I think this store should be invested for moss handling of money. Very disappointed because something isn’t adding up

I found a hair in my pizza. It was a really thick curly black hair. The person who answered the phone was very nice though. Unfortunately I will not be ordering delivery anymore.

I called in the order. It had already been 50 minutes time I arrived. Pulled up to the drive-thru to get my order had to sit 10 minutes. Got to the window sit another 10 minutes for the lady at the window to tell me my order wasn’t ready and rude and nasty about it. I moved to the parking spot took another 20 minutes to come out and still didn’t have all my order .

Be careful if you use a credit or debit card for your purchase, they went and added a tip for themselves after delivering a shit pizza . Just had to call them and dispute the updated changes to my account. Ridiculous.

If you order from app for pickup, it gives you a food ready time and starts a count down, it’s not sync with the restaurant. In best case scenario add 10 mins to apps ready time, cause if you pull to drive up window and another customer pulls behind you, you will be asked to pull back around to window. All, with not giving you a timeline other than your order is still in the oven. Domino’s app is synced with store, at least when there app says your order is ready. It is ready. With today’s technology, Pizza Hut could do better.. Its not like their pizza is off hook, all these chains with the conveyor ovens are, all about the same in taste and quality.

Their pizza is always cooked to perfection. They have their own delivery drivers and unlike uber eats and door dash who may be delivering other orders ahead of your own, our pizza is always piping hot! The toppings are always the right amount and their prices are comparable to others. We used to get our pizza from Papa John’s but decided to give The Hut a try and we LOVE it!
