The store on Oakdale Drive in Hillsborough NC charged my card for a pizza we did not get. I placed an order in error, called the store and they could not locate the order to cancel it. The employee advised there was no order and I would not be charged. Today, I see where my card was charged for the pizza we did not pick up. I’ve also ordered from this store before and they are not friendly, the store is not clean and they do not answer the phone so issues can be discussed . Will not order again.

Ordered a pizza online for delivery for my aunt at her house, was told it would be delivered by 515, we waited for over an hour for it, called and they transferred my aunt and hung up on her. Than they called me back on my number but told me they had to transfer me to the right department, like I said they called me. I finally had to go pick it up myself, just to be told that the delivery driver had a flat tire, but obviously it wasn’t delivery my pizza because it was still sitting there. I had asked if I could get a discount or at least take off the delivery drivers tip considering I had to pick it up myself, and I was told they could take off 5.00 big whoop, guess I paid 12.70 in delivery tip for them not to even deliver or get a call about what happen.

Alright I think it time for the owners to look at this location. It is the only location in this area. This is the 2nd time that I have ordered from this location and 1st time was a horrible experience and I did pick. I just ordered today to have it delivered. We get to the door the delivery driver didn’t even ring the door bell to let us know that he was here, I just so happen to look out my window and at my door camera and saw that he was here. I send my son to the door to pick up my food, and my food was on the ground and I didn’t select that option with my online order. The delivery driver had the nerve to look at my son and say what’s up. SMH Then we get the food in the house to look at the Pizza to find out that they done sent me a BURNT PIZZA. Can we not say quality control here? Common sense says if you don’t eat it then don’t expect someone else too. How about fix the issue and call the customer to let them know that a mistake was made on the pizza and we are going to remake it before we deliver it to you. Owners need to really look at this location. I posted a pic of the pizza….My phone actually made this pizza look good but it was worse

I’m generally not one to complain, but this has reached the point of absurdity. The last TWO orders I placed at this Pizza Hut were never delivered to me. I have a limited income and cannot drive, so ordering out is a special treat. I can understand it happening once… But twice when I live less than a QUARTER MILE away? What the heck?

A place to order online at 11:30 a.m. and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I go to the store 20 minute and wait in line. I told the lady at the counter my name and then she went back and talked to a co-worker in the back. When the Lady came back to the counter she didn’t address me or tell me how long my order was going to take she started helping the person in line behind me. So I asked her excuse me how long is my order going to take. She said that they had to take the steak out the freezer and that was it. Still didn’t tell me how long my order was going to take Even though it said online it would take 20 minutes and store wasn’t busy. Customer service There is non-existent. I ended up going to Jersey Mike’s next door to get something to eat. I would never go back to this location again

They hung up on me at 925 pm. I got through to someone, we were staying in the hotel 3 minutes away and I asked if they could deliver and they hung up but we called Dominos and they were there within 20 minutes and they were awesome, Domino’s was awesome

If I could give this place a zero I would! The young lady never asked for a form of pymt and told us it would take 45 mins for delivery. After I waited over 1 hour and a half for a delivery, I called & they stated they cancelled my order for non payment!!! They stated they called 3 times and I never received a call! I advised the young lady never asked for one and we figure we would just pay in cash which we could! I asked to speak with a manger and they hung up on me. I called back and now they placed me on hold for over 10 mins, AND THEY JUST HUNG UP AGAIN. Poor poor poor customer service! I will be writing cooperate!

Stopped in while traveling back home, I’ve been wanting a pizza and glad I found one as I got off the exit. The store was neat and clean. The cashier was polite, the manager even checked on me. My pizza was definitely hot and fresh and well prepared.
