This was one of the dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I stayed there for a couple of hours to eat breakfast and get work done and not a single person came around to clean anything while I was there. (This wasn’t even during peak hours. It was between 10 am – 12 am on a Saturday.) I’m attaching a few pictures, but they don’t do it justice. I don’t believe this place has been cleaned in a while.

The manager or the owner really needs to work on cleanliness standards and processes with their team. It’s such a shame because this was remodeled a year ago. That investment will decline fast if they don’t improve their cleaning and upkeep practices. I definitely won’t be returning to this location unless they improve.

I periodically go with a friend for the wine samplings. We then grab something to eat. Everything I’ve had is seasoned well with appropriate portions. The prices are reasonable as well. So, today I decided to join the club, but Kate signed me up for the 2 bottle membership instead of the one bottle membership. I hope this gets corrected because I already belong to City Winery’s wine club and Andria’s wine club. They’re much closer to where I live. I’ll edit the review if it’s corrected without a hassle.

This is probably one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve been to in the west and south St. Louis area. The tables were covered in crumbs and sauce, the chairs were dirty, and food was scattered all over the floor. The bathroom was especially nasty. It didn’t even seem busy, which makes it more frustrating that the place wasn’t cleaned.

The fries were old, though they were heavily salted, likely to hide how stale they were. The burger was just okay, but given how dirty the restaurant was, we won’t be returning. The overall atmosphere felt off, and we had a bad feeling being there.

Every time I’ve came here it has been a horrible experience but I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt due to the time of day or how busy it was, but today when I came (was not busy at all) I had to ask 3 times for them to get my order right. A missing item one time can be understandable but 3 times is crazy and the lady who was helping me just seemed as if me asking was an inconvenience. The food is fine, I mean it’s McDonald’s…I just think staff/ the way the place is ran is done poorly.

This place has turned into an absolute dump over the last 3 years.

McDonald’s decided that it is worth having customers stand at the front desk for 5 minutes and get ignored instead of just leaving the self serve refill machine there.

I am sure there is theft, but you now have to make your customers angry, and pay someone to get the refill, and also you use a new cup every time.

All of your new remodels look like hospital gift shops. No color, none of the fun stuff that existed 10-20 years ago. This location allocated 1/4 of the seating space to a conference/party room that you cant sit in. Instead the employees put their kids in there because the companies don’t pay enough for them to afford childcare. I feel so bad for the kid locked in that room for 8 hours with a tablet.

Every single stable had trash on it, and sticky parts. Also even though I had a table order, they just throw it in a bag and scream out your table number. I was wanting a tray and of course they lock those up too. Too bad I was thinking about building a house out of all of my stolen trays.

This is a knock on all mcdonalds. Whoever the corporate genius was to make all drive throughs 2 lines should be fired. I understand it is more efficient, but at the cost of making most of your customers angry that they picked the wrong line, and the one to the left put 8 cars through before 1 got through your line.

It would be fine if you had dedicated employees for each, but you will have one drive thru person and someone else laying shingles on the roof and between hammer swings they will check to see if there is a customer. If you MUST have 2 lanes, make one of the drive through code only.

This is like the 5th time I’ve lost entire burgers, fries, and drinks on my order.

If you go here don’t leave unless you order inside and soft through everything.

Seriously a waste of money not getting what you paid for. It’s literally just this location.

I’ll order two days in a row and literally have missing meals both days.

Try another location.

Best thing is the took my order and the person at the register was great. That’s where it stops at. Got my food the nuggets had to been sitting all morning, took a bite and it was all rubbery and tasted so bad I just thru the rest into the trash. At least it was on like 6 dollars after taxes. The tables were all dirty. And this is right before lunch rush. The burger was all right but that one bite into that nugget mad me sick to where I couldn’t and didn’t want to eating more food from this establishment. And their is no point in telling the employees cause I don’t need store credit for a store I won’t be returning too.

The people at this location are genuinely terrible at doing their job. It took me 30 minutes to get through the drive-through at 11 AM. They were also rather rude acting like they aren’t being paid to do this.
