I placed a delivery order tonight and was given an estimated delivery time of 9:37 PM. By 9:53 PM, my order still hadn’t even been picked up. When I called the store, I was told the pizza had already been made but was just sitting there waiting for a driver, and that it would be another 25–30 minutes.

So essentially, I paid for hot, fresh delivery and was told my food had been sitting for close to an hour before even leaving the store. That’s not acceptable service, especially when customers are paying delivery fees and full price.

The manager I spoke with (Jade) said the GM wasn’t in and couldn’t offer a refund or credit at the time, just that my name would be passed along. Customers shouldn’t have to chase management the next day to fix a problem caused by poor delivery coordination.

Whoever the manager was that was working on Jan. 4th at 10:30 PM was incredibly rude. I called to ask a question about my GrubHub Order because my food was made and I waited over an hour for it to be delivered and never got my food. Then GrubHub cancelled my order. While I know that Pizza Hut workers themselves does not have control over the order, I called to see if it could be delivered through Pizza Hut themselves instead (since the food was already made) and the male manager rudely told me with an attitude “WELL I’d there’s nothing I can do about it” and then hung up on me. The female worker that or finally answered the phone was very nice and offered to try to remake the food and deliver it, but the manager disagreed and hung up on me. Will not be returning just because of the disrespect. I understand if it couldn’t have been delivered, that is not their fault, but the lack and tone of communication and being hung up on was disrespectful.

Pizza Hut has a lot of nostalgia for me. My brother worked there in high school and even met his wife there. Aside from that personally of the major chains it has the best tasting pizza around. I may want any at certain times but this is my can’t go wrong if the deals are right or if I have the $.

Had an offer for free medium 1-topping pizza. I ordered beef as the topping and added some extra cheese to the pizza. Overall, the pizza was pretty good. Its best when you eat it very hot. Once it gets cool, the cheese tastes weird.

The pizza tasted good. Great in fact. It was hot and just got ready as I got there. There was hardly any ingredients on the pizza though. Not at all worth $12.

A week later. Much better! I do prefer pan pizza though.

Third time in a row my order was wrong. This time the pizza wasn’t even done. Called them to tell them I didn’t get part of the order. Was told they will make the missing items and it will be another 30mins. No sorry or discounted offered. I’m over paying 60 dollar for under cooked pizza having to wait for missing items.

I ate at the Pizza Hut in my state. Tulsa, Oklahoma on yesterday. May 2nd 2025 upon ordering. I was not informed that there was not a delivery driver. My order was then routed to DoorDash, which the restaurant gave the wrong address and contact information for me. When calling DoorDash to see if they had an order for me they refused and said they did not. I reached out to the store 5 different times and spoke with Terry. At the 19th in Harvard location, she assured me. When reiterating the address each call that she gave them the correct information, the driver Who was first sent out? Went to the wrong location because they gave them the wrong address. Upon finding out that she gave them the wrong address. She ressent the order to DoorDash without remaking the food an hour and 30 minutes later and sent me cold food when the driver told me that the food was not in a warm bag. As Terry had assured me when I made my final call to her at 1:30 AM I called the store. She was still there and asked her if I could refuse the order or get A. Refund She told me I could not because the driver already has the food and if I didn’t pay for it, I couldn’t order any longer. She reassured me that Daryl would be able to refund me in the morning with my receipt for the food. When I called at 135 and received the food it was cold. I got in my vehicle to drive it back to the store knowing they were closed but Terry was still answering the phone. She told me that I could not return the food and I would have to talk to Daryl in the morning when talking to Daryl and telling him what Terry assured me he told me that I would have to have the food with me after driving 30 minutes to the store. To get a refund, I drove all the way back to awasa Oklahoma to grab the pizza to bring it back to them. Which was not the terms of my refund on yesterday. That Terry promised me. I am out of $23.06. I spend hundreds of dollars a month at this store. Daryl and Terry, both are very unprofessional and very inconsiderate of time. And money stint, they act as if $23.06 is going to make or break the store when I asked Terry, if the store was closed. How would she get the money from the DoorDash driver? She told me that DoorDash would pay the store at the end of the month. I said, so, why does it make such a big difference? If you cancel the order and I’m paying with cash. She reiterated that she could not do that. So I paid $23 and an unnecessary tip for cold stale food, and now I cannot even receive the reimbursement that I was promised on yesterday. I am very upset and you guys have lost business for me and my family for good
