Food is decent, closest pho I got where they’re food is edible. The service is horrible, no one comes to check on you to ask for a re fill or if you’re missing something, went on my whole meal and one one showed up until the end only to bring me my check. They were just sitting down on their phone and still expect to get a good tip. Also last week my roommate came to eat here by herself and she went to the restroom for 2 minutes and when she got back they threw away her food that she wasn’t even half way done even thought they saw her go into the restroom, they only offered an order of “free spring rolls” for the mistake. This place goes from bad to worse

Fantastic pho stop. First and foremost, the broth was perfect. Huge flavor. The slices of beef are the most generous I’ve seen yet in the cypress area! Massive! The noodles were perfect and delicious. The food was hot and came out in 5 minutes. The cute waitress delivered phenomenal service. I will definitely return.

Wow, this place is legit! The pho is pho-king amazing, broth is fantastic with fresh sprouts and Thai basil. The Bahn mi sandwich was perfect, and the tofu was excellent as well. I can’t believe how inexpensive the food was here. You can tell this is a small operation, likely a family business. Very well run and super good service. Highly recommend!

The food is great IF THEY REMEMBER TO BRING IT TO YOU. I have been going there for years and I love their Beef Avocado rolls (I highly recommend them) however, I have yet to figure out why the waiters and waitress don’t write your order down? And no, it’s not because some are new employees because some of the people that have been working there for years still forget my order. I have to remind them (which makes me feel bad and I get it, that’s on me) or they bring it late and by then I don’t want it! I had to find another place (TRIPLE PHO GRILL) which they actually do write their orders down and don’t forget! My sister said that I should write my order down but I AM ALREADY PAYING FOR MY MEAL, SERVICE AND TIP!!! So no, I rather just not go anymore because it is a bad experience every time!

AMAZING!!! My husband and I’s new favorite lunch spot. The lunch special is a good deal and everything on the menu is so good. I’ve become addicted to the Thai tea with coffee jelly. It’s awesome!

I highly recommend this restaurants for eating because spring rolls or egg fries and noodle are good without msg. But the service should be improve more to take care customers and good behavior.

I come every weeks just because of Pho Town’s beef broth and the beef avocado rolls,… shaking beef is so good too. The ladies in there so nice and friendly, a short conversation with ‘em quite interesting!
