Not a fan Atall
Customer service disgusting the girl at the window had attitude and was very mean if she hates her job she should quit! Also she put the bag that was ready for me away from the window because I told her she was mean and left it to sit so I had to wait on purpose ! Change your miserable staff! Then hands me this as mashed potatoes and says they ran out ! Literally looks like less than a scoop !

So, my wife and I have been to this store 2 other times with no issues. But this 3rd time…we pull up the the drive thru, and ask the woman to give us a minute, as I am not familiar with their menu. I see the wings, but see only 2 spicy flavors, so we call out to the woman to ask if those were the only 2 flavors available, and no response. We sit there for a few more minutes, call out to her again and get a delayed response. We ask tbe question and she told use what the prices were…nothing to do with our question of flavors. So, we order the 3pc and 5pc platters and are told “we don’t have no mac and cheese.” My wife also asked if they had sweet and sour sauce, our answer was “we have sweet…” Ok, fine, we both got fries. And when we get home with our food, we have a total of 11 tenders with sweet and spicy dipping sauce. We don’t plan on returning to this particular store.

They were busy due to the 4th being rainy. It took them about 5 minutes before anyone came to acknowledge me at the counter. The person took my order and let me know it was going to be a few. I waited about 10 minutes and I kept seeing car after car going through the drive-thru. My food was ready in about 10 minutes. I got my food and went home. The food was great, I loved the fact that everything was hot and fresh. The Mac and cheese were great and tasted homemade. A lot of Popeyes mac and cheese is either a hit or miss. This was a hit.

Very slow service even if it’s not busy, like Wednesday around 7pm, 2cars on drive-thru and 2 customers inside including me. I Was there good 20 minutes and my order wasn’t completed, missing Coleslaw and Mac and cheese. Lady at the counter was nice. Hope they will improve

This has to be the worst Popeyes that I’ve ever eaten at. The service was terrible, the floors and tables were filthy, and the chicken was rubbery. I ordered a small soft drink with my meal which was $3.29. Went over to fill my cup with Diet Coke, and only carbonated water came out. I told the girl in the front. After waiting a while I went back up to check if it had been refilled, she never refilled it so I finished my meal and kindly asked if I could have a refund for my drink, and she said no, there’s other drinks to pick from. The only reason why I got a drink was because they advertised Diet Coke. She then went in the back and refilled it and told me to try it again with an attitude. I had already finished my meal, so what was the point. I know it’s just a lousy three dollar drink but it’s the principle.

Visited opening day and I love it. The staff was very friendly and the overall service was amazing, and I really hope it remains that way. The food tasted great – definitely some of the best Popeyes I had in a while. I also think the restaurant looks beautiful with its new design.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to in my life. And it just opened that’s crazy. I ordered a whole meal online, when I got there they made me wait 10 minutes and then only brought me out a sandwich. I had to go back in and ask for the rest of what I ordered. Like they didn’t even look at the whole order just the first item. They actually have forgotten something every single time I order.

Driving to Waterbury, see POPEYES!! Yay, haven’t had one locally, so we got excited. Doubled back in heavy traffic, 20 minutes. Walk in, no customers there, three behind the counter. A mom and daughter came in behind us, let them ahead so we could decide on food. They ordered, with help from staff, and we stepped up. And waited, and waited and waited. One staffer kept giving us the side-eye, then decided to take 10 minutes rearranging the three baskets of chicken pieces, then doing it again, and moving them a third time. More side eye. The other order came through, and two counter staff focused in hard on them discussing the order. Then Chicken Arranger turned away and just stood there. Still talking to mom/daughter. At 15 minutes or so, we turned and left. NOT ONE PERSON SAID, HELLO, WE’LL BE RIGHT THERE, NOTHING! We felt as if they just wanted us to leave. Why, we don’t know.
