Ordered ghost pepper wings and got classic wings with ghost pepper powder in the middle. The manager was rude and didnt want to redeem my survey code and also did not know what it was to begin with. Sadly it was my favorite popeyes at the beginning since the indians took over food and service has gone super terrible i will not return to this location and u shouldn’t either

First off I’ve seen bad customer service before but this is next level. As a customer who has also been in customer service before I get both sides of the transaction and try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Not possible here. Placed my order on the app and went to the drive thru as the app stated drive thru or inside is an option. Pulled up to give my information and was told drive thru is closed. I stated I was just gety a pick up order. Rudely I was told inside and that was all. I go inside and go to the counter. The manager takes the guys name in front of me who was also waiting on a mobile order. She gives him his order and then totally ignored me even though she saw me. When she finally gets around to me she tells me “out of half gallon teas” I’ll give you two regular cups and get it at the fountain. When I asked if the fountain had tea she said no. Told her to just refund it then. First it was “I can’t do that” …. What? Of course you HAVE to do that. If you dont have what was ordered and no substitution is available it means you have to give me my money back. Can’t get much simpler than that. She kept saying no and then told me to come back tomorrow. I don’t just live down the street and that’s the weirdest thing I’ve been told. If you do not refund a customer and the customer leaves without what was ordered but kept the money then you have stolen from the customer. All this while my elderly Grandmother was in the car after being in the ER for over 8 hours. To have a long day and then to have to be treated like this over chicken is disgusting. And based on the countless reviews at this location and about the manager and the owner replying and saying customer service is important and we will speak to said person etc. I have no confidence that this will be taken care of internally. The lady is either related to the owner or has free reign over replying to reviews on here because clearly nothing get resolved. For that reason I will be going over the owners head and reaching out directly to Popeyes to have them look in to this location and see what is going on since there are so many bad reviews about this lady. She needs to be fired, which is something I don’t take lightly. You don’t talk down to customers, or not refund etc and expect to keep your job. Again I will be going up the chain of command until I’m satisfied and she’s fired. This location is ridiculous for allowing this to go on so long. Take care of your customers!!!

I wish i could give a zero, i purchased 2 sandwich from my app and was informed it would take 10 mins but once i moved up to the drive up to the window they were ready. before driving away i realize the sandwiches were cold, as well as the bread. So i pulled over and went in to get hot sandwiches but instead i was belittled , yelled at as well as ridiculed in front of the other female workers there by a African American female. First she stated its the mayonnaise but i advised her the bread is also very cold. To my surprise the African American female starting pull money out of her pocket to reimburse me instead of rectifying my concern and she continued to yell as i walked out with no dinner, This was such a bad experience and embarrassed that i as a customer was being treated this way. I did say to her if you don’t like you job please move on. 2/14 (7-7:16pm)

Ordered a family meal via drive thru and they didn’t put the Cajun fries in my bag. Tried calling their number and no one answered the phone and you can’t leave a voicemail because it’s full. This is not the first time this branch forgot to put what I paid for in my bag. Never going back there again.

Everything was really good. The chicken sandwich and fries were made fresh to order. Friendly server greeted us as entering restaurant. Only thing is, it is very cold to eat inside. Not sure why ???

This was by far the WORST Popeyes I have been to yet!!! She was very rude whoever was at the drive thru. I tried ordering but it wouldn’t give me a code and she rudely said well if it doesn’t give you a code then you need to order online. Very rude about it!! Then I gave her my other order that did have a code (5pc offer) and when I asked for 2 breasts and the rest the drum, she says rudely well we can only give you one breast. So I’m like really? Since when? They normally have an upcharge fee and I’m okay with it! But I know to NEVER come here again I don’t care how much I’m craving Popeyes, I will drive for better service! You should be embarrassed to even have an employee like her! Wow disgusted!!! ‍♀️

Absolutely adored the service at this location! The staff worked very quickly and was very responsive and sweet when it came to my order. Farah was by far the best staff worker that I ever met that worked at Popeyes without having a nasty attitude. Thank you so much and I will come again. <3

I ordered food from the app 2/1 when I go there to get it the drive tru employee told me that they were having issues with the app to park on the side to talk to costumer service. I went to the app and there was no phone number looked online and found one just to find out it was asking for a phone to send a link to a message to chat on the app. I tried but it told me that there was an issue with the payment which is not true they charged my bank account. There’s no human on the chat or phone . I went inside the store to talk to the same drive tru person she said the restaurant can’t do nothing about it that my money will be back on my account in 24 hours. I did not have money to buy more food. They were careless and lied to me not only the stole my money but made me spent over 30 minutes going over this and waste my gas. Great tasting food is so sad never going again.
