This Papa John’s used to be great, not sure what happened but it’s just been awful every time lately. I’ve brought home burnt pizzas and wrong orders, and they don’t answer when I call to try to resolve the issue. There is only one worker in the building most days and they’ll take minutes to acknowledge you at the counter. I wish they would do something to revive this location, as it is you’re better off going somewhere else.

The staff couldn’t handle the late rush. The one player couldn’t even ring me up. Then the tohet said she couldn’t take my cash as payment. We had to wait an extra 15 or so minutes for our pizza too. The taste was what I remember it being though.

I ordered through Uber eats around 11pm. The hours said they were open until 1:45am. An hour later, I still had no food, and when I checked the app, the driver canceled the order. I contacted Uber eats to complain about the driver and they informed me the driver had to cancel the order because the restaurant couldn’t fulfill part or the entire order. Seems like whoever was working just didn’t feel like making our food that late. Don’t advertise your late hours if you don’t plan on fulfilling orders. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I will surely be taking my business elsewhere and I would advice everyone else to do the same.

This papa johns used to be 1000 times better, but in the past 6 months it’s been so terrible they should just close..if I could give 0 stars trust me I would of. The General manager of the store is so worried about cutting later that they have 1 person in the store on a Friday and Saturday night which makes it that u are waiting for your food for well over an hour, and when you place an online order its telling u that it will be ready in 15 to 25 minutes which now makes that false advertisement..I will definitely be reporting this..bc it’s not like it was 1 time its happened to me now 5 times… get your store together ppl!!! So disgusted!!

ordered a medium pizza and cheese sticks the other night for dinner and wrote my address clearly in the driver instructions (as they’ve managed to bungle it Numerous times before… west looks Nothing like east and yet they kept sending drivers to the wrong end of my street) and i didn’t get anything! literally nothing! waited the whole evening for dinner and nothing! and i called them Numerous times too, either their phone is broken or the manager couldn’t be arsed to pick up but alas, nothing once more. so they charged my card $20 and some change for absolutely nothing in return. now i’m down $20 and i’m sour about it. never order from here unless you like getting thieved from and ignored!

We just started back at Poppa John’s a few pizzas ago and loving it. Last week I went to pick up and the place was a busy yet slow unorganized event. One med pizza was supposed to be ready 5:20-5:30. Took until 5:55 for my half baked pizza. Employees just leave you stand there with no updates about your order with no basic customer service skills. What happened to training? One guy walked out after asking about his order and was told wait I am too busy putting order stickers on boxes. There was a hugh handful of cheese just covering half the pie which was not melted. Only ate a third of the pie and through the rest out. Also experienced a rude careless, with a bad attitude,delivery guy dropping off supplies. Banging into the counter,walls and just kicked open the door. Glad nobody was on the other side trying to come in. Didn’t order there again.
