I would have given this establishment a 5 star review, but my conscience would not allow me to due to the lids being unreliable as well as the lemonades being out so often. The new blood orange is trash it is legit carrots bended tastes like medicine. I hope that this will be a temporary flavor. Although the staff is friendly and fast, most of the time.

This location is clean and the food is always fresh. My complaint is that drive through can be slow at times. One time specifically I was waiting in drive through and the employee completely forgot about me. I have just ordered a single Margarita Pizza was waiting for almost 15 minutes. Inside the store the Kiosk are nice but they’re pretty close together so if they’re all full it’s pretty cozy. I would also suggest moving it further away from the door keep the traffic moving.

I waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the register and serve me, despite seeing multiple employees walk by me. The restaurant was not clean by any means. The bagel was fresh and warm, so at least the food was good!

I showed up five minutes early today to get an order. The girl with the hoop in her nose told me they won’t make it for another twenty minutes. She was very snotty about it. It was soup and a baguette only. Why not make it right away since you were just standing there doing nothing for five minutes. Out of all the Panera breads I’ve visited, never had this problem.

I often order here because they have healthy food for lunches. I use the mobile app to save time but on almost every single order, something is forgotten. It’s to the point where I have to check my bag every single time like I’m in a McDonald’s drive through. If the service got better I’d give them more stars.

My husband stopped to get me some soup and himself a salad at 7 pm….the place was empty. Every salad he asked for they didn’t have the ingredients for. No lettuce! No strawberries! He then moved on to sandwiches, same story as well as snarky employees. No bread for that one, or the next one. So I moved on to the next sandwich. He left with the soup and that was it. Never again!! Obviously the work is out since all the surrounding restaurant were busy!

i went through the drive through and asked for my sandwich with no tomatoes 3 times because the lady had said “no onions?” 2 times and when i looked at my sandwich it had extra. this isn’t the first time i’ve had issues here, everytime i come here they get something wrong. you would expect this at a taco bell but not panara. do better

I just ordered a salad from the drive through, and it was clearly made hours ago and left to marinate. Everything was really soggy, including the strawberries and lettuce. Would not recommend.
