What the yummmmm?!! Okay so hear me out I had never had Einstein bros. Before but while visiting my family they took me here and holy wow was the food amazing. The bagels are so fresh!!! And the service was absolutely spectacular in helping my ADHD brain figure out what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a great fast quality experience.

I have been a customer since this location opened in early 2000’s. I do a lot of large catering business from Einstein Bagels. They are incredibly professional and personable. I know when I need help on an order they always make time for me and make sure the order is perfect and when they deliver I can count on them being on time. Most importantly, no matter what I select to be catered it looks great, is fresh and always delicious. Every employee makes me feel welcome and makes me feel like I am the most important customer they have. This kind of culture is fostered and driven by Sarah, the manager who I have worked with since they opened up the Einstein Bagels – South Bend, Indiana location. I not only use them professionally, but they have catered many of my family gatherings to include my daughter’s baby shower. Thank you for all you do for me.

If you go here YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR TATI!!! she always in a great mood works hard she even has my complicated order memorized so when I pull up in the drive-through and I start to say it, she says oh I know you I got you and can recite my order back to me and I know I’m not the only person she does this for she is absolutely a great manager, as well as her manager, Chad both will serve you well. Highly recommend for them too alone

This place is a great stop to just grab a quick breakfast and even a great snack, they have a drive thru and sit in area. The inside has great vibes and the workers are kind as well. The cinnamon rolls I would recommend if you like sweet and they come out hot and fresh every time. The coffee that they have is really amazing too and I would recommend the Caramel Macchiato if you like coffee. My fiancé and I heard about this place from a friend at our work and we will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area!

This place is wonderful! Every time I go in, I’m greeted with a smile and hot coffee. Everything is fresh and ready quickly- I had to wait a couple minutes because they needed to cook more eggs, but I’d prefer waiting for fresh ones over otherwise. A new part of my morning routine for sure!

The outside menu is the hardest thing to see. Very hard to see what is offered or can be ordered without seeing the options. What we did get was great. The wait was a tad long.
