Went with a fun pretty friend, so that was likely why I had a decent time and gave the rating I’ve given. But full truth is… there’s no food and no hard liquor. Basically just a beer hangout. With that being said, the patrons looked like normal non-etreme people. Nice bartender. Decent atmosphere. It’s alright. 3 and a half stars, but I’ll round it up for argument sake.

Apollo Beach is a food and drink desert. Fours Stacks is a little oasis that gives great pleasure to every thirsty patron who steps through the door. There’s parking right outside. It’s nothing to look at, but the interior is modern brew pub and family friendly. I see a lot of birthdays and celebrations taking place here. The beers are fantastic. Good range, fair prices and a sense that they really strive to deliver a quality product. Food is a bit of a problem/opportunity. There’s a variety of food trucks that rotate out side. You go out to order and often they will deliver to your seat. The problem is on occasion its not that good, but sometimes (like today) it rocks. Fantastic thin crust pizza. If you like the beer you can take some home.

Not a brewery. Service/bartender was great. Food truck (Cousins Lobster Rolls) was great. But was confused to find they don’t make any of their own beer, despite their name, and the beer selection they do offer is extremely limited and pretty main stream (maybe 6 or 7 beers?). Seems like nothing more than a local’s watering hole (everyone inside apparently knew each other). Don’t waste your time here unless you’re coming for the food truck.

Great brewery in a growing area. Nice beer selection and actually a bigger tasting room than I expected. Tucked away behind a bank off Hwy 41, the drive from Tampa was pretty quick. Wish they had food but will just enjoy another pint. Recommend.

Flavorful beers on a friendly setting. Their Barleywine was delicious. Their Porter and Stouts are creamy, and everything I had was very good. Their tap room is kept clean, Christopher and Jeremy were extremely friendly. Free pop corn and easy to get to. My wife and I enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely be back again.

Best stouts EVER! Been here a dozen times over the last 2 years and finally decided to add a comment. AWESOME! Need I say more? Atmosphere great, tenders sociable but no food other than food trucks after 5 pm. Constant changing menu tho’! If I were able to add more stars I would! Bring back the hats!

Used to be so much better. Bartenders are great, this review is not about them. Frequently out of beer on the board. No one responds to social media regarding schedules. They stopped posting the weekly food truck schedule.
