Stopped in for some lunch. It’s easy to get to and it’s in the same shopping center as Home Depot and Walmart. There was parking available. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Our food was good and made the way we wanted. I’d go back if I’m in the area again.

Eating in is usually decent however most of my orders are to go or delivery. Portions are extremely small (salads), especially compared to the portion size you get when eating in. Never get my order correct, never. Wrong dressing… didn’t follow instructions… name it, it’s been wrong or missing. Never enough bakery items.

I’m disappointed in the customer service here. I am a regular customer and each time I dine in. The cashier seems a bit rude. Today I order a sandwich, but they can’t sell me that sandwich due to not having the bread. They have many other breads so I ask can I have it in a different bread. Cashier said I’m told we aren’t selling that sandwich today. I mean come on?? Just getting tired of this place. Where is the manager to ask if you can just replace the bread.

My issue is with delivery through DoorDash. This is the second time I have had an order (over $50) marked as delivered, but that I have not received. Panera says it is the fault of DoorDash, and DoorDash says it is the fault of Panera. Either way, it will take 30 days to get my money refunded. We stopped going in person to Panera because of the influx of loitering/panhandling in close proximity to the business as well as in the restaurant itself. The restaurant itself is also not well maintained of late, but this may be due to understaffing. We won’t be doing business with this location again, and that is unfortunate because the food quality is good and there are healthy options. The only plus is that corporate customer service is good at service recovery. I imagine they get lots of practice.

I’ve been having issues with this place is running out of items on the menu sometimes it’s towards closing time but I’ve also gone there around lunch time and have been told that they’re just straight up missing items. I’ve also seen that this place is a bit short-staffed and have stood waiting to be served just to walk out of the restaurant because there was no one at the register.

Staff takes their time to do any little task, usually go in the morning with MAYBE two other people ordering at any given time. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get a bagel they don’t even put the cream cheese on. I’ve never seen a more lazy resturant crew.

2nd time here. 1st, raw chicken. This time.. I was so hungry and I can’t eat anything but a cold piece of bread. SO much horseradish whatever in my steak and cheddar. I took 2 bites and I cant. Wrong bread. Soggy and soaked in horseradish. “Steak” wEll done and obviously microwaved. Bleh. Will not be back. What a waste of money
