The Harvest Salad was so delicious! Very fresh, crisp and generous toppings. Chicken pesto dipper was warm and well balanced with flavor. I ate it too fast for a photo! Definitely my new fall lunch combo. This location is very clean and convenient with easy parking.

I do not frequent Panera but my daughter’s often go here and oftentimes I’m the driver. Normally I don’t order as I find their menu limited unless you’re a salad person. On our last visit I did however end up ordering the Ciabatta cheesestake and it was quite tasty and had a good amount of meat. Was I like “WOW”? Nope. Would I go out of my way to get another one? Nope again, but if I was there, then yes, I would order it again. The atmosphere is basically what you’d expect, nothing fancy but clean and basic modern. The service is good, food comes out quick and the staff has always been friendly. I will mention this. My daughter loves the soup and has on several occasions gone there specifically for just that. I myself am not much of a soup guy so I’ll have to difer the recommendation to her, so if you end up not pleased with it, please direct all criticism towards her. I’ll be sure to pass it on.

We bought sandwiches from this location to go on the evening of July 31 (between 6 and 7 pm), and that’s how they looked when we opened them at home. Is this a joke? The first picture is half of an Italiano sandwich, the second is full Bacon Ranch Chicken Sandwich, and the third is half of a Fontega Chicken sandwich. It’s completely unacceptable – the amount of ingredients is minimal. I asked for lettuce on all of them, but I assume they didn’t have it.
I often eat at different Paneras, and unfortunately, what you get is so unpredictable. But even on bad days, I’ve never had an experience like this. You can’t even see if there’s anything inside – just bread.
If this kind of quality isn’t fixed, this location will surely go out of business. It’s completely unacceptable to serve customers like this.

Nice place for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I visit more often here for breakfast here. Location is well maintained and ample parking. Customer service is very good. No waiting time here.

Haven’t been here for a while and I am amazed how the food quality has gone down while the price has gone up. I purchased 2 cinnamon crunch bagels with a side of small cream cheese. The bagel was 50% smaller and very doughy. The crunch was gone. The price was almost $7. Terrible way to begin my day! It is very hard to enter and exit this establishment, but based on what it used to be we did it anyway. Won’t be going there again!!! Not worth it.

While I commend the manager, Kaitlyn, for attempting customer service, I do not recommend this location’s catering.
I had to request a refund of the tip and the delivery fee, after calling twice, to inquire where our business meeting luncheon was after an hour delay. The first phone call came a half an hour after delivery was supposed to have been made and set up done. The second call came an hour later requesting where the delivery was as it had not yet arrived. After the first phone call, I was advised that the delivery driver was “around the corner turning into the business.“ This was not the case as it took an additional 45 minutes for her to even arrive.
The problem at this location is too fold: one, no one answers the telephone during the busiest time of the day when a catering order inquiry may come in; two the calls drop after about 15 ring rings with no one answering; three, The manager there is told by the delivery driver, a complete bold face lie, and repeat it to the paying customer. I should not have had to request a refund of the delivery fee and the tip. That should’ve been forthcoming after the second phone call.
The food arrived an hour after the fact, was already soggy, and was subpar. Not what I expect of a national level company doing catering. Perhaps, this is the fault of understaffing, however, that should be told when an order for over $500 is placed. This was a wretched, embarrassing experience. And one I will not repeat.
Not only will I never give Panera‘s my catering business again, I will never visit their establishment on a personal level either. This was just a disgusting display.

The window person spoke rwZly low hard to hear in those we hate er you call when you order. I had to say everything like 3 times and ask questions because I did not understand what she was saying. I waited very g time for a salad and a piece of bread almost drive away but had already paid while window girl perched on court on her phone. My new self was cod and hard. Not good

I frequently come to this location. I rarely write a bad review on Panera because overall, I really like them. I just don’t tolerate bad service.
1. I asked to dine in, they give me my order wrapped to go.
2. I paid for extra cheese on my salad, I barely got what goes on the salad normally.
I’ve had a couple of other instances but didn’t write a review.
This time you kinda earned it after a few times of being tolerant and patient.
Update: I tried to give this place another chance, BUT they failed miserably.
This time, I was given half of a half salad. This is the 3rd time they’ve done this. I’ve been coming to Panera since they opened in my state, and I know what portions I should receive (photo attached), and one of the ONLY Panera that I’ve received 3-4 bite salad on a few occasions!
This is like a kids’ meal!

Panera has become a terrible experience every time I go there. When the restaurant is open on the inside the coffee containers are often empty or the cream was out. Recent visits include not being able to get a panini sandwich because the machine was broke to grill it. Next trip they were out of product to make the sandwich and salad we wanted. We left and never went back. Panera is average food that is way over priced. They need a complete corporate management overhaul of how they are running their operations

My friends dragged me back for a morning coffee and breakfast sandwich. I got the egg and cheese sandwich. Panera did not disappoint, it was cold and dry, completely terrible again. Take a look at the attached photos and you be the judge. There is barely any meat. They sell some of the most over priced and lowest quality sandwiches in the market.
