Ordered a chicken Gordon blue sandwich on the drive through, and got a melted ham and arugula sandwich . I don’t eat pork by the way. Went back to return it and Kathleen the assistant manager said she couldn’t give me a refund….after I asked why, she told someone to give me a “you pick two” for next time. I don’t want to come here anymore. Why can’t I get a refund of someone made a mistake on my order. Is that a lot to ask?

ordered a chicken salad sandwich with no tomatoes and was given this. girl at the drive thru had an attitude and the manager was indifferent but refunded me. obviously this occurs frequently. i would avoid this location.

Panera is the healthier fast food choice. I love salads and eat gluten-free (mostly) so the choices here are both many & delicious. So glad they offer chips or apple instead of the baguette. Having a drive thru is the best when in a hurry, but I love the inside atmosphere.

Placed an online order for a dozen bagels, sliced, and 2 tubs of cream cheese. App said order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in the store within 5 minutes and went in to wait. The screen said my order was “in progress”. After I sat down to wait, a woman walked up to the counter and ordered a dozen bagels and other baker items. Her order was ready within 5 minutes, while I didn’t receive my order until 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready…a total of 25 minutes. Now, my bagels were to be sliced, so maybe that’s it, but 25 minutes seems like a long time for something that doesn’t have to be cooked, assembles, etc. In addition, there was an error in my order. I received 3 bagels that were not the right flavor. I understand that challenges may come with in-person, online and drive-thru orders, but this wasn’t a great experience.

Panera has become a terrible experience every time I go there. When the restaurant is open on the inside the coffee containers are often empty or the cream was out. Recent visits include not being able to get a panini sandwich because the machine was broke to grill it. Next trip they were out of product to make the sandwich and salad we wanted. We left and never went back. Panera is average food that is way over priced. They need a complete corporate management overhaul of how they are running their operations

I used to love this particular Panera Bread, they used to have the kindest and friendliest employees at this location. The service that I received through the drive thru today will have me looking for a new breakfast location. I said thank you 3 times to the lady working the window and not once did she smile or say thank you. I’m the paying customer, she should have been the one to say thank you first. Things have really changed.

Very poor experience.. incorrect food items (was to receive chic strawberry poppy seed salad, but instead salad without chic. When asked, the employee literally put chic in a bowl & threw stating.. ‘here’. Was told by cashier I could swap baguette with focaccia bit instead, was told.. ‘we don’t do that.. cashier is new, she doesn’t know’ so called manager was very rude. Had no concept of what ‘customer service’ even means.. basically stating ‘I don’t care u can cancel your order…’

As with many Panera locations: slow, and not friendly. Always waiting longer than you should be. Staff does not acknowledge you and appears bothered if you inquire about your order. Things look disorganized and not well managed. This is a pattern at many locations.
