We had lunch around 11:45am July 3, 2022. Ordered two Greek Salads and one cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The staff at the location where you pick up your food was so unkind. First experience, I let them know I ordered extra olives and the guy said you have extra olives. I said can I please have some more? Not a nice response. Before ordering, my salad had the same amount of olives as my wife’s salad who did not order extra lives. My wife was given a fork that was practical joke level bent where the little narrow fork part is. I would have taken a picture if I knew how rude the gal was going to be when my wife asked for another fork. I guess we should have tried to bend it back in place.

I really like this Panera. I come here often, and the things I order are consistently good. The three star rating is for the staff. The staff at this particular restaurant boggle my mind. Almost every time I visit, the person taking my order just stares at me. They never say, “How can I help you?” Or “I can help who’s next.” Or anything. No greeting. No indication that they are indeed ready to take my order. Today the person who just stared at me rather than greeting me actually had an on a pin that said assistant manager. Even the management doesn’t think it’s important to greet customers. I don’t want over effusive greetings or a red carpet or anything. I would just like to know that you are ready for the next customer. It’s really not that hard to just say, “How can I help you?” Sometimes I literally don’t know if they’re ready for the next customer or not. I don’t know if they are working on something and aren’t ready to help the next person in line. It seems like Customer Service 101.

Got a Green Goddess Caprese Melt with the sauces on the side and no peppers. They didn’t give me the aioli on the side, they did not put the arugula nor the fresh basil on the sandwich. Very disappointing. How do you forget to put half the ingredients on a sandwich- it’s literally a skimpy amount of tomato and mozzarella. I will not return to this location.

Well my experience was not too good. Stop by to take a salad back to the office. Ordered it at the counter, pick-up the bag and left. Got to the office and there was no salad dressing. I hate when that happens. I will likely think twice about going back. Check your takeout bag.

My first time at this Panera location was for breakfast with friends. The staff was very friendly. A couple of them walking around to say hi and to make sure everyone was satisfied with their food. Very cozy, happy atmosphere here and my Bacon Spinach egg souffle was so good I bought one to take home to my husband. Sorry no photos this time, I was enjoying the moment and forgot.
