I have always been a fan of Panera Bread, and it has been one of my favorite go-to places for a satisfying meal. However, my recent visits to this location left much to be desired. The experience was inconsistent, with both food and service falling short of my expectations.

Placed order online and arrived at the time they said it would be ready. I notified the at the drive through I was there to pickup order. They said, pull around and we will have it ready for you. Pulled up, waited 3 minutes for them to even open the window at which point they say,” we are out of one of your order items. Would you like something else?”. So I gave them a substitute order to replace a single item. So I sat at the window for another 5-6 minutes only for them to come and ask if I could pull around and park. I pulled around to park and sat there for another 15 min waiting for them to bring out my order that should have been done except the one substitute item. Finally got out of my truck and went in to just pick it up myself and they had just started making our entire order that was supposed to be finished 25 minutes earlier. In total from time of order placement to getting my actual food, it took over 45 minutes, when it was only supposed to take 15 minutes. They need some help from CFA or these other fast food places around in how to expeditiously deliver food and meet tile commitments they sign up for. On top of all this, 4-5 times they get the order wrong or forget to put items in your bag.

This has to be the WORST Panera I’ve ever been to! I ordered 2 bagels, 1 toasted, 1 not. They literally threw them in the bag together. One was an everything bagel the other an Asiago. If you’ve ever had an Asiago bagel you know that smell, who wants their everything bagel to be with asiago??? Ordered an iced coffee, sent out back one because it looked like iced milk, the picture shows them ADDING coffee! No I’m sorry fur the inconvenience… nothing. Last time I’ll be here!

Definitely the worst chicken salad sandwich I have ever had. No seasoning, and no flavor. Just large inconsistent and flavorless chunks of haphazardly chopped chicken thrown together in some sour dough bread. The sour dough bread crust was too tough, like chewing on old jerky. I have had better chicken salad from a can. The mayo and dressing in the chicken salad was so thin the sandwich quickly fell apart. It was absolute garbage.

This is by far the worst Panera location I’ve been to. The chicken that they used for my Frontega chicken sandwich looked like it came from a can, all crumbly and fell apart. Couldn’t even hold the sandwich up without chicken bits falling out. The soup that came with my wife’s soup and sandwich combo barely resembled chicken soup. Avoid this place at all cost.

Honestly I don’t understand the “pick2” promo lol. I thought it will be like hey pick one and we will give you a second one free, but no it’s like “ok pick 2 and? Well you save a dollar for 2 plates lol…” and I was looking for breakfast, I spent like a few minutes watching the menu and suddenly the guy flip the menus and I was like “dude in gonna order breakfast” and suddenly he say no more breakfast, OK… If you saw me watching the breakfast like for 5 minutes why you didn’t told me that before??? At the end I received some bowls full of rice and less protein, and a hard half bread.

Every time I try to give this place a chance my experience is horrific. Avoid the drive through at all cost. This time, they took our payment and then we sat there for TWENTY minutes at the window. NO ONE came to the window to tell us what was going on. Zero communication for twenty minutes. I would have gone inside, but I had screaming kids in the back seat.

I called in a to-go order. When I ran in I was warmly greeted and my food was ready. Hot items were hot and cold items were cold. Everything tasted great. I embarrassingly dropped my smoothie in my car. They really helped me out by letting me borrow cleaning supplies. Thanks for the smiles…. And no judgement…ha.
