Mixed bag of experiences and emotions for this place. They do a tremendous job advertising; you would think that you’re going to get an amazing meal with ample portions. But, the reality is you get about 1/3 to 1/2 of the portion you see on their posters and online pics, afterword, you still feel hungry.

I had a bad experience every time I went there. I always wait for someone to assist me to take my order, the quality of food, especially the salads, is low and not fresh. Plus, I visited the location today with my kids. The supervisor left her business, and she only focused on my kids and treated us badly . Even when we sat outside, she followed us, and she was really rude and non respectful. I think it is not a good environment at all for family with kids to visit this location.

Nice cozy atmosphere. I stood at the register for a while before someone came to help me out. The person taking my order was less enthusiastic to be there. I have not been to this location before and will try it again. We all have an off day maybe she was just having a rough one. The food was amazing I got the bbq chicken salad and baguette, so good!!

The order taker was totally indifferent to me placing my order. She was too busy packing things up for the night. This was around 8:00. I ordered you pick two with tomato soup and and the Fuji apple chicken salad. The food was fine but they did forget to give me croutons for my soup. The whole place was just starting to shut down for the night and people were not very concerned about waiting on it people.

This used to be a great Panera. I got a Rapid Pick Up order of Mexican Street Corn Chowder and a bagel. The soup did not have tortilla strips with it. This is tthe second time I have ordered this soup and did not get tortilla strips. For a $7.50 cup of soup, you would think it would have allingredients. The bagel was okay but not really fresh. Panera used to be so good. I’m not sure why it has changed so much, but it is not worth the money.

I was highly disappointed this location usually does really well. $89 for three meals to receive wrong items and such small portions and ice berg lettuce in the salads is disappointing. The reputation is known for fresh food and for the cost it should have been amazing. I ordered here for a work training and was not at all happy about our meals.

Where are the adults? Poorly run by teenagers. No adult employee seen on the premises which is exhibited by bad service. (Did not get half the order, waited 25 minutes for cookies without telling us they needed to be baked, was given the wrong sizes for each soup ordered). Very frustrating experience. And the teens had negative attitudes.

Unfortunately this is another case of a brick and mortar location being represented by the app that it’s tied to by its own company. Tried to place a mobile pickup order at 8:01pm. Store closes at 9. Attempted to order one sandwich for myself. Had to update the app, sign in, update my information, etc. Everything that is unfortunately now a ‘normal’ experience when asking for a sandwich to be made. Anyways, ‘due to the size and nature of my order’ (paraphrasing), I would have to reschedule my pickup time for tomorrow morning at 6am. For one sandwich. I won’t even get into the debacle of me not being able to use my gift card on the app (or at least pay inside with it at pickup). Perhaps I’ll dust off the old gift card again in another year or two and see if I can convince the new NeuroLink AI powered Panera Bread to make me a sandwich without a 12 hour notice.

Panera just gets worse. Food gets more expensive and they use less quality ingredients. The chicken has changed, they put less cheese on salads, and less ingredients on sandwiches. Sad to see them wreck something that was once so good.

Won’t be ordering from this location again. The Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice soup was terrible – it was a brothy consistency instead of creamy and had maybe 7 pieces of rice in the whole bowl. This is also the second time they didn’t add the cookie I purchased to my PickUp order. Luckily, this time I checked my bag before leaving and noticed it wasn’t in there, so I asked the girl at the counter for one and she told me they were out. If I hadn’t check, they were just going to let me walk out with my order without refunding me. Very disappointing.
