The smoothie size for above 6$ is frustrating and sad when i got the smoothie. The croissants are also so much smaller than whats shown on the website so it was a bit underwhelming to eat my sandwhich.

First time ever trying Panera bread drive thru. It was really good. The people are super friendly and helpful. Right now everything is pricey but so are other fast food places. I definitely will go again. The warm garden sandwich is really good.

I went there for lunch with my group of coworkers, but the place was very unorganized,and the service was extremely poor. We ended up canceling and leaving.I ordered only a broccoli soup and waited 48 minutes, while other customers who came after me got their orders quickly. I spoke with the staff three different times about my order, but nothing happened.
One customer after me had an issue with her order — they fixed it right away. Another customer even noticed how long I had been waiting. The workers kept looking at me like I wasn’t even there.
After all that, I told them to keep the money and the order because I was leaving. Only then did someone come and ask, “What can I do for you?” But it was too late.
I won’t be going back, and I don’t recommend having any meetings or group lunches there.

I just moved to BG. Without a doubt, this was the tastiest food I’ve ever eaten at a Panera. The broccoli soup was so creamy and delicious. The tuna sandwich was fresh and delicious. Perfect portion sizes as well. Couldn’t be happier.

The food has always been perfect. Ha e been coming for years and years but today I got to watch Laura (with the pink panera hat) I have never seen any Panera employee clean as thoroughly as Laura. She truly moved EVERYTHING and wiped everything and vacuumed what was a messy (after lunch) dining area. She is a keeper!!! I asked if She was a manager which she stated she was not. She should be. Congratulations on such a .good hire. Truly hard to find people that take this much pride.

Will never come here ever again. Paid $15 for a soggy sandwich and a pathetic excuse for a salad. Didn’t even get a drink. The $7 salad of my pick 2 had no chicken on it (that I paid for), white lettuce, and two pieces of fruit. Could’ve gotten that at a gas station. Very unsatisfied and angry.

Kind employees, fast service, and great food! If you want a good meal for a fair price, this is the place to go. The portions are solid, and the app makes it even better, you can earn points and rewards that really add up. Totally worth it!

The food was the best I’ve had from this location in a while. My order was perfectly as I ordered. (Extra sauce included) Awesome quality bread, meat, cheese, sauce, and toppings. I’ll be dreaming of my next visit for a Turkey bacon Bravo. The flavors of this beautifully crafted sandwich are truly delicious and amazing.

I ordered a dozen bagels through the mobile app. I picked them up and they were in a sealed paper bag as usual. When I got home they were all in plastic bags and obviously at minimum day old hard bagels. They were so tough, even the toaster didn’t soften them. So disappointed as I’ve never had this issue at any other location.
