My wife went to Panera to grab soup and a bread bowl because we’re both sick, and the bread bowl wasn’t even a bowl, it was just another baguette. And the two soups that we got were 99% broth and a carrot, and hers was 99% broth, a single chicken piece and a single noodle (photo is my soup)

Clean friendly environment
Misty was great helping pick out menu items her the other staff were kind and helpful . Great food tried a smoothie and one of the salads for the first time. Great recommendations! Loved them will go back .

Stopped into the Minot North Dakota location was seen by the manager, who gave me a dirty look, turned around and walked to the back. She did not even say welcome anything just gave me a dirty look. I stepped to the side to look back to see if something was going on didn’t say a word, and again she looked over her shoulder at me, gave me a dirty look, and started whispering to another employee no other people were standing at the front to order at the time I was the only one a few moments later another employee walked from the back, and I saw her look at her point to me and tell her to come help me which that woman did immediately was very kind and very nice. Unfortunately I apologize I did not get her name , however, said manager still stood in the back doing nothing and just glowering at The people coming into the store I hope her day goes a little bit better and she doesn’t continue to take it out on those that come in to enjoy the food at Panera

Just ordered the French onion soup. I don’t recommend ordering it. I wish I had time to do my research before ordering. It’s definitely not a fan favorite. Terrible and a waste of money.☹️

Always tasty bagels/ breakfast sandwiches. Any time I have ordered bagels sliced, they don’t come completely sliced. I think it’s a machine that cuts the bagels, but I’ve never had one that was fully cut in half. Any staff i have encountered is average. Not friendly, but not rude. Overall, a decent place to stop at sometimes!

Was disappointed to learn some old favorites were gone from the menu. So I asked what sweet rolls they had. The lady rattled off a pretty long list. I got the almond one. It was moist and delicious, and worth the price.
