I always get a Greek salad sometimes a warm bowl. They used to be fresh and delicious. The past 8 months or so everytime I order I get a big bowl of BROWN lettuce. It’s pretty gross. They advertise “fresh” and “made with love”. But are serving brown lettuce and old avocado in a sloppy mess. Won’t be coming to panera anymore.

Food is great but the atmosphere kills it. The place needs a bit of a cleaning starting with the entry door. A lot of crumbs on the floor and it was only midday when we came in.

I have not been to this location for some time. It has gone down. The person taking our order was not knowledgeable of the menu. When asked questions about several items, the response was, “I don’t know” each time, followed by “I’m sorry.” Ordered a sandwich that was more bread than chicken meat. If it wasn’t for the grapes, the flavor was bland. Asked for no tomatoes, but got it anyway. The coffee was not hot, so ended up buying tea. Bathroom was dirty and one stall had urine on the floor. The stall floor was wet and I almost slipped. About 15 minutes later, I returned to wash my hands and a wet floor sign was in the stall, door locked. The Panera Bread in Mandarin is better than this location.

How in the world is this place still opened for business when a lot of reviews I’ve read are similar to our experience smh. The workers on the preparation area don’t wear hair nets or face mask as they prepare people’s food. If unknown to workers and owners; when you speak, bodily fluids(spit) comes out of your mouth and into food people are going to digest therefore your worker’s germs are then entering our bodies. Covid-19 is still a thing and mouth coverings should’ve always been a health concern when preparing food in restaurant. And from what I saw at this Panera Bread establishment with the workers preparing food just non stop talking to each other and also making fun of a person’s last name on his order “Forrest”, it’s no wonder why they got my order wrong look at pics. Ordered grilled cheese with mozzarella cheese and 2 mac and cheese but received wrong cheese and 2 soups. Tried calling back receiving no answer.

Discouraged because we waited 20 minutes for an online order and it “hadn’t even hit the screen yet.” It was supposed to take an hour to prepare when everyone who ordered in the store was getting their food in a reasonable time. We left. You need to get your online ordering more efficient!

I’m a big Panera fan and I absolutely love the Town Center Panera. The staff are very friendly and personable, and though it is in the heart of the business center, it still feels like a hometown coffee shop. Great location, contemporary design, and Panera consistency and quality from the morning manager, Aaniyah, to Dani the delivery driver, to the brand new trainee, Savannah… Panera fresh, Panera quality, Panera friendly.

Literally the worst Panera I’ve ever been to, waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order while multiple employees made eye contact but ignored me, the “restaurant” itself is messy and unclean. I would not suggest coming here if you’re looking for a nice quick bite to eat this Panera is far from nice or quick

I love coming here with my husband in the morning before work. It’s always quiet and consistently on time. I’ll treasure these memories with my dear beloved husband until the day I die at this beautiful establishment.
