One of the employees there was extremely rude for no reason. They got our mix ins wrong and we went back in line to ask them to correct it. The man then yelled back at us telling us that we were the ones in the wrong. It was completely unnecessary, uncalled for, and extremely unprofessional. Now looking at the other one star surveys I’m appalled by their behavior. Will never be coming back again.

**You will be fat-shamed here.** My wonderful daughter, who is plus sized, ordered 2 ice creams, one for me and one for her. Two grown men were working there. After she told the scooping man her order the cashier man stood behind him and whispered something in his ear (right in front of us!) and the scooper guy smirked, laughed slightly and nodded his head. It was OBVIOUS what they were talking about. When I told them I saw what they did and asked what was said, they wouldn’t tell me. How cruel!

There is one worker there who should NOT be in customer service. Several times made crass comments about our kid… I am appalled. And no.. you don’t need my kid to smile in order to get ice cream. I’m paying for the service

The ice cream is always so good. I only gave it stars as the last two times I’ve been there it just needs a cleaning. The few tables they have were covered in ice cream drippings. It would be great if they cleaned the tables WAY more often.
