Quick service and very good food. The only issue was that the coffee was not hot. The cashier said to warm it up in the microwave provided. After looking at the cup later, we noticed that it read that the coffee cup was not microwave safe and should not be heated in the microwave. Guess they just didn’t want to have to make another pot of coffee

Love coming here and guzzling a gallon of the Passion Papaya Green Tea. And love they have the sugar comparison on the cup so I feel slightly better that it’s better than guzzling soda like usual lol. Also love the chips for my side and always get the .99 sweet treat when you get the meal.

I have frequented a number of paneras over the years because usually it’s an easier somewhat healthier option. This was one of the most disappointing visits I have ever had. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and an orange scone with water. The lettuce was almost all the yellow and white portions from the head of romaine, several pieces had to be picked out due to browning and extremely wilted pieces that were on the verge of slimy, the croutons were just stale cubes of bread (yes I know croutons are typically made from stale bread) but they were not toasted at all. The chicken was fine, but the apple was super waxy when I bit into it and immediately had to spit it out, I figured if it was an option then they would at least wash the fruit to remove the wax that is used on apples to make them last longer, and my scone was okay. Staff was nice overall but they should be looking at this stuff before pushing it out. Also came in at 11am, so it wasn’t very busy.

I had my typical frontega chicken which meat and Portion wise was pretty good but I noticed the bread was different. My wife’s salad and soup was good on the you pick to my kids share to you pick two mac and cheese and grilled cheese both were happy. I will say when we didn’t get the banana I was told I should have picked it up from the counter which no one told me to so I felt like a little bit degraded by the expediter who told me where to get a banana. Not the end of the world but it was better than fast food while driving on the interstate.

I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but oh my god it has been just abysmal lately. I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup, how do you mess that up? By not grilling the grilled cheese. No joke, it’s just two pieces of white bread with barely melted cheese between it. It’s so obvious there is no grilling done whatsoever, it’s the laziest thing I’ve seen in a long time. I thought maybe someone made it wrong, but no that level of laziness is how Panera does it and is how it’s come every time. That is acceptable to them.

This place does not deserve your business…. It appears they’re turning it into a homeless shelter…. As I’m sitting eating two people have been sleeping at least an hour and a half taking up space in the dining area…. Which means if you’re a paying customer you’re paying for their experience…… I think I’ll find another place to eat…… I suggest you do the same until they clean up their act…..

Usually I rate Panera rather high on my list, not this location. Unorganized, unfriendly and nonchalant staff. I have tried to door dash this location twice. They act like they don’t see you. I left the store waited 15 mins for two soups, while customers came and went. Last time I’ll be coming to this location for myself or for door dash
