Always there’s something wrong in the sandwich. Missing egg, turn black avocado or something. I don’t get it at all. If complaining u want a free meal or free treat. No No No I don’t need your free meal I need my meal is right not free food. I order breakfast for 4 or 5 people a couple of times a week, ok? Just make that’s make me sick. Mobile ordered and walked in after 10 minutes. The food and drink were ready for pickup on the Rapid Pick-Up shelves. There are many indoor seatings (tables and booths) and quite a few outdoor seatings (along two sides of the building). The charged Mango Yuzu Citrus lemonade was great to start a day. The Value Duet was a good option to have half chicken sandwich and a cup of chicken noodle soup altogether.

Two to three times a week I order the Chicken Teriyaki, always 2 bowls. The quality is consistently inconsistent. Today, once again, my caregiver went to pick up my order but it had already been taken. No way to secure fulfilled orders. Then the “store manager” had the audacity to be totally disrespectful to my caregiver who is the ultimate professional. She had called me to let me know why she was away longer than anticipated, so I heard the entire exchange. We will not be ordering from Panera Bread as long as that so- called manager works there. He was also disrespectful to another customer.

Because of the excellent customer service, I had a wonderful time here. I would want to say a few words about the cashier, TK. He was fantastic, incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful.He assisted me with placing my order and suggested I try the smoothie with strawberries and bananas.I admitted to choosing the green one every time.The smoothie was excellent and quickly made.Many thanks, Takudzwa!

Horrible. Don’t go here. We waited 15 minutes in line and another 30 minutes for a BLT and drink. There is barely anything in this sloppy sandwich and I had to ask for a cup and lid for my drink which I paid $2.50 for. Otherwise they’d have forgot. They gave me the wrong cup size too! Overpriced for this quality of food. Customer service is bad as well, employees including the manager were rude and clipped. Manager named Jake had gloves on that barely fit his hands, which makes me question the cleanliness of this restaurant. Especially don’t dine in!!! I was so sorry for the people who’s sandwiches were quickly slapped onto a plate with ham and lettuce scattering everywhere. It was so depressing in there with 20 people waiting for their food that wasn’t even good. Go to Mcdonalds!!
