Abhorrent service. I decided to take my partner here for a lovely Valentine’s day meal, as I remember this being a nice place to dine. However that appears to no longer be the case, as our waitress could not be bothered to give us the time of day. The restaurant had at most 10 tables, 4-6 servers, and a bartender, so it was not very busy. Despite this, it took 10-15 minutes to be asked if we wanted to order anything by her. She never came to ask how the food was, remove appetizer dishes, or provide refills. We wanted to order more beverages, but were not provided that opportunity, since she never came around. Getting boxes and paying was also extremley difficult, as she needed to be waved down to get her attention. At one point, she was walking around with a phone in one hand, drink in the other, and munching on something instead of assisting us with payment. The most insulting part of our experience was watching her return to the table that all of the servers were hanging out at and socializing with them where they were drinking, eating appetizers, and counting tips. Not only that, but we watched her lick her fingers and then proceed to serve dishes to people! Absolutely absurd. I wish that the servers had as much passion as the cooks, as the food was delicious. The music however, was extremely loud modern pop and did not match the Irish atmosphere at all. This used to be a 5/5 establishment, but after the experience (especially with our server) ruined our Valentine’s day meal, we will not be returning anytime soon. Very unfortunate.

It had been a couple of months since we were last there. The service continues to be good and the atmosphere very nice. However, shrinkflation has hit the nachos. What served 3 adults very nicely before is now at best, nachos for 2. They taste great, but value for price is not there anymore. Our return is questionable.

Beautiful atmosphere. Our waitress was very pleasant but forgot to give us plates for our appetizers and give them to us after the appetizers were gone. I was facing the kitchen and saw food setting on the kitchen ledge waiting to be served to someone. 10 minutes later our waitress brought us the food that was sitting on the counter. My steak and vegetables were warm and my mashed potatoes and gravy were ice cold. By the time I got my mashed potatoes back my steak was almost gone. I think it would be a great place to have a couple drinks but probably not to eat.

We sat outside with our dog. All the staff were very friendly and the food was great! We shared the rueban pickle bites and the Dublin Philly. Both were very yummy!

Very polite server, though never returned after bringing our food. Seasonings overpowered the food in the shepherds pie, corned beef had a nice flavor, but was tough and dry, mashed potatoes lukewarm at best. Music was loud and definitely not of Irish pub flair. 9 patrons at most with at least 5 staff observed, but dirty tables never c leared. Staff eating and drinking while attending to customers
Doubt we will be back…

We enjoyed the featured “slamwich.” Very good. And it was a treat to have Sophia as our waitress! She was very personable, knowledgeable of the menu items, and provided excellent service.

Define the atmosphere very pleasant the food delectable. I was sorely disappointed in the order of which your appetizer and your food arrived at the exact same time, that was a waste of $18 because the kitchen can’t keep its spacing in order. The wait staff were very apologetic but still very frustrated on how management did absolutely nothing concerning.
10/3/25 Revisit, the food is not bad, albeit portions rather small. Staff are friendly, but half way thru the meal, someone came and cranked the sound, you couldn’t have a conversation it was so loud. When I asked if he could turn it down, quote ” calm down I will turn the speaker” , never turned it down, ignored the table afterwards. I think it’s time to avoid this place

We should’ve taken the empty dining room as our first warning sign.

On the positive side, the waitress was attentive and kind, and the place itself was clean. Unfortunately, the food and value did not match the service.

I ordered a specialty burger without the bun. What came out first was just a plain burger with the standard sides—lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion—and the side dish I had chosen. No specialty toppings at all. I sent it back, and when it returned, they had added the toppings but removed all the usual sides. When I asked about it, the waitress said she didn’t know what it was supposed to come with. At that point, I just ate my meal so I wouldn’t feel like more of a problem.

The burger itself was dry and had a strong burnt flavor—not from being overcooked, but from what tasted like a dirty grill that hadn’t been cleaned. I couldn’t even finish it.

The final bill was just under $100 for two people and two simple drinks (no specialty cocktails). For the quality of food we received, that price is simply not worth it.
