I love Panera bread, but this location has been hit or miss for me. The people who work there are sometimes friendly and on top of things and other times aren’t. We usually have to go back and ask for something to be fixed. My family and I keep coming to this location because it’s the closest and most convenient, so hopefully things get better and not worse.

I was waited on promptly, received my stale scone right away, and then waited 15-20 minutes while the ice melted in the iced coffee I’d ordered. When I finally approached the counter to ask about it, the lady informed me that drinks are “self served.” When I pointed to my order slip on the counter she claimed to have “just made it.”

I tried the Chipotle Chicken Breakfast Wrap with Scrambled Eggs and Avocado…it is so delicious! I paired it with a Frozen Caramel Cold Brew and I also have my favorite Cinnamon Crunch Bagel! The total purchase was $11.96 and worth every cent!

Apparently it’s hard for the staff to get the orders correct. This is my second time there and they can’t manage a clean store or an accurate order. The staff should be more present and not congregated in the back of the store.
