k, I could have complained but didn’t. I very rarely go to Panera cause it is a little high on what I cannot afford. since I did alot of running around, I thought a steak & cheese sub would be nice. I got that, spicy fried pickles and a pink lemonade. I spent a little over $17.00. couple of ice cubes in warm lemonade, overdone toasted bread, very thin pickles tasted like rubber. just horrible experience.

The first two staff really showed an attitude. The first tried to deliver the wrong order and when I called to double check , she was “ this is what he ordered “. The Jayden came along , maybe she had a long day … all in all an unpleasant experience. No way I’m visiting the branch or spending money here. God food but the staff need some training. Could do much better with a little effort. Sad.

This location is finicky when it comes to delivery orders from the app. Sometimes the you-pick-twos are mostly accurate, but sometimes they aren’t. Like if you ask for them the take off some toppings on the sandwich or salads, they won’t. If you order bakery items like cookies/muffins/etc, you might not get all of them. This has happened MULTIPLE times at this location. Ordered 4 cookies multiple times, sometimes they’ll just give me the wrong cookies, or no cookies at all. Call the store about it, and theyll tell me that they can give me refund, but I’d have to come and get it… even though my order was delivered. And if they’re out of cookies or whatever else you may order, they don’t call to let you know that they don’t have it nor do they ask you what you’d like as a replacement. I only find out after I call them about the messed up order. Today, I ordered a pick-two meal and 4 cranberry-orange muffins, I only received one muffin and the meal. Called (corporate this time, not the store), and corporate told me to give the store a chance to make it up to me. I already know what the store is going to do. Either they call and tell me to come to the store to get the refund or get the food, or they won’t call at all.

Ordered Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwich on tomato basil bread, Cesar Salad and French Onion soup. Asked for chips with 2 of these items and paid for 1 extra bag of chips. Had to go back for my 3rd bag and they argued with me before giving it to me. Got home, my mom’s soup had no croutons; her half sandwich was not toasted and had chicken on only half of that half sandwich. The pictures are of my Cesar salad that I’d asked to have added spinach and avocado. The avocado was old and BROWN! For utensils for this meal, I had 3 soup spoons only and I had to wash my coat because the soup leaked all the way home in the car. This was absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at this Panera!

So my 5 stars is actually for Ashley the manager at this restaurant, my experience was bad at the drive thru where I got a wrong order and the individual also rolled her eyes at me ! Clearly she need to pay more attention to her job but Ashley was pleasant and she refunded me back my money !
