Parkside Creamery is a local, family owned ice cream shop located on the bustling corner of Route 130 and Forbes Road in Trafford, PA. We are directly on the Westmoreland Heritage Trail and share our parking lot with the trail. We have a drive-thru window, indoor dining room and plenty of outdoor patio seating! We also have bike racks available for all of the bikers who bike the trail and are looking for a cold treat! Our ice cream is homemade daily using the finest ingredients possible from all local farms and dairies. We offer a large selection of frozen treats from soft serve & hand scooped ice cream to cyclones & milkshakes.

Parkside is a gem. Many variety of flavors and choices. Staff was incredible. My mom tends to be a difficult customer and the girl waiting on us was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. My 4 year old also decided to drop his ice cream as soon as it was handed to him. Staff not only got him more, but they helped us clean it up. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the ice cream and staff. This is definitely our favorite spot.

If you can imagine any ice cream dish, they either already have it. And in a better way than what you are already thinking. Or they will make it. Either way, you’re going to be like wow and you probably be back multiple times that week. The staff is extremely fun, and a fantastic atmosphere parrot you can take it to go or sit outside and enjoy the sunny day with wonderful treat. And it’s right off the bike path. I liked this place because it was right of the walking trail. You could go and take a break with ice cream. I took a star of because the selection is a little lacking. If you want frozen yogurt I think they had only a couple options. You can get milk shakes, soft serve, regular scopes of icecream in a cup or cone.

Fantastic stop along the Westmoreland Heritage Trail! Great place to park and hit the trail and then turn back to finish with some cold treats. The trail shortly dead ends in one direction but goes on for miles in another. Staff was super friendly. Prices and options are good too. Clean place. Must stop if utilizing the trail!

Usually when we come here it’s always a hit. Yesterday, my daughter and I went there for a treat. And let’s just say it ended in a disaster! I ordered a milkshake. Drank some of it on the way home. I instantly started to have symptoms of food poisoning! Headaches, stomach pain you know the whole 9. I won’t get into to much detail. Won’t be back for awhile! Wondering when the power was out if the products inside were properly taking care of or just re frozen and served!

You have to be the owner of both establishments with how ignorant you’re being. Apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree I take it. Warning others so they did not become ill as well.
I did become ill from your establishment. It’s okay. I see there is no concern about my well being or care coming from this conversation. I also seen the “bug” comment below my comment as you said the lady must of found the bugs in her hair. Just ignorant responses on your behalf. You have completely lost my business as I will never return and I hope others see this and take into consideration not coming there as well! This will be my last response to you.
