Really a gorgeous Panera. Like, I don’t know if I’ll be able to ever look at the crossgates commons location ever again after visiting this one. It’s absolutely huge, perfectly clean, and has actual full booths as well as all different sizes and shapes of tables.

Food came out quickly. I think the problems were mostly related to staffing issues. The restaurant was not clean. My husband cleaned a table for us. Items were not replenished. Food was lackluster.

The costs are extremely high and the quality of their food has decreased. The onion soup is bland, the croutons have changed and have no flavor anymore. Slow at the drive thru window. Orders are often wrong.

Panera’s menu is very well thought out and provides seasonal additions like the very popular and delicious Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken.
