2022-11: I’ve been to this location several times, but my most recent experience was ordering through a third party delivery service, but my review is based solely on aspects related to Panera Bread. I ordered the Bistro French Onion Soup Bread Bowl, Greek Salad & Creamy Tomato Soup Combo, and an Everything Bagel with Chive & Onion Cream Cheese. My order was hot and fresh and arrived sealed by the restaurant, packed very neatly. The soups were delicious and the bread bowl was fresh and delicious. The salad was fresh and crisp. Unfortunately, the bagel was left out of my order. Overall, the food hit the spot and despite one thing missing from my order, I’d order from here again.

Panera always has tasty options. Their menu provides a variety of fast food alternatives. This store is conveniently located near a plaza. Depending the time of day determines the traffic and ease of entering/exiting. Staff is friendly enough. Atmosphere is pleasant.

I went to this Panera and order a large Mac and cheese, tomato soup, half tuna and a Baja bowl today 7/27 via the app. When I picked up the order the Mac and cheese was half full. I ordered the Mac and cheese several times, because it’s delicious so I’m very familiar with how it looks. I brought it to the clerks attention that I’m paying $10.99 for a large and it was indeed half way full. She took it to the manager Jack and he came to the cash register and kept repeating to me with a very flat and inattentive voice that he would not change the Mac order. He did not even look at the food as I was presenting it to him he just kept saying he would not change it because it comes prepackaged and there is nothing he could do. I have visit this location several time but I must this is the first time I’ve ever felt like Panera has provided me with horrible customer service. The manager’s demeanor, lack of attention, poor communication and attitude is a poor example for the staff on how leadership should provide customer service. I’m very disappointed in the service I received today. The situation became less about the Mac and more about the way business and a customer service was delivered.

The place is not the greatest panera ive been too. Its pretty clean The staff is nice ill give it that. The first time i came to the evans location i ordered a kitchen sink cookie which just tasted like i bit into pure salt! I wasnt happy then. I was shopping with my family we wanted a little treat. My daughter really wanted the cookie at panera. i thought eh…ill give it a second try maybe it was just that one time. I ordered two coffees and three pastrys a cinnamon bun, a flip flop cookie, and a cinnamon bagel. The coffee was cold had to microwave it and even then it tasted like cheap gas station coffee. The cinnamon bun is cold and tastes average ive honestly made better at home. I also had to heat up the cinnamon bun myself. The cookie the cashier forgot about. We had to wait till she helped another person to get it. When we got it was pretty hard and tasted pretty gross. The only good part was the bagel and the cashier was friendly. Honestly it cost me 18$ for trash we bearly ate. Maybe the regular food is good but i wont be back to chance it. Really disappointed.

So disappointed. Panera bread used to be a go to for healthy options. We went this evening and it was disgusting. The lettuce in the salad tasted like it hadnt been washed, they brought me the completely wrong sandwich, the kids grilled cheese was hard and burnt, the soup was cold, the sandwich had no flavor. Definitely going to McAllisters next time around.
