I’ll never eat at this location EVER again. First let me say they don’t have half the things on their menu like they advertise, they give horrible portions. I wanted sweet fire & s&s chicken w/spring rolls and was told they no longer serve said items which is real weird because it’s on their menu. I changed it to teriyaki and orange chicken & I got 3 pieces of teriyaki which was burnt like no tomorrow and noodles were cold. Unacceptable. If you don’t like your job work somewhere else! Worst location to ever exist!

Was there tonight at the service was excellent. First they asked if I would wait for fresh chicken, I said of course. When I checked out the cashier gave me a free drink to have while I wait. While waiting they guy that was sweeping the floors stopped to ask my name so he could check on my order for me. All around excellent service! It’s the little things that you don’t expect that make it great and all the staff tonight did great!

Ask one of the workers if I could wash tables or take garbage out for a small plate of rice during closing time. She told me not really but to hold on, she hook me up with a lot of left overs and gave it to me and told me that I hope that helps. Wow that’s a wonderful thing she did. That you so much. The food was beautifully prepared. The temperature was hot, made with love, delivered promptly, Excellent service. I definitely recommend this restaurant. I don’t want to be one of the customers BUT I’ve ordered food from this location twice through Uber Eats and BOTH times was given food that should otherwise be unacceptable. The first time, I ordered beef and broccoli as an entree option and was given just broccoli. The second time, I ordered a large side of fried rice and a bowl that included fried rice with teriyaki chicken. The rice was completely undercooked and inedible. With this being through Uber Eats I feel the employees take advantage of the fact that the food quality is overlooked as long as they have the correct orders. Its sad and though it may not be that serious, some people don’t have too much extra time or money to now figure out other options for lunch/dinner not to mention a refund through Uber eats will take a few business days.

Manager-in-Charge ‘Jay’ wasn’t professional, instead combative. A couple before me ended up not ordering anything because Jay told them they only had ‘White Rice’ – No Chow Mein, No Fried Rice. When it was my turn to order, I inquired as to why they couldn’t and wouldn’t make more food for the customers. As a diabetic, it’s hard to order from Panda, but the Black Pepper Chicken is my best option with Chow Mein. She finally, after arguing with me for minutes, asked the Kitchen to make a small batch of Chow Mein – Wait so you made Chow Mein for me because I pushed the issue, but how many customers before me did you refuse – I know of 1.

Don’t order takeout from this place. They intentionally leave out the sauce to cut costs. They don’t care about delivery customers because were not sitting there, staring them in the face. Even if you were sitting in the lobby, the manager would probably spit in your face anyways forget this place

Long day at work. Stopped by to get dinner for the night. Saturday night around 7:15pm or 7:30pm. Was a little busy. Walk up. Got my order was about to pay the guy looks up. Walked away and began to service a man that was waiting on the side of me. Did not say excuse me or I will be with you in a minute nothing. Then comes back and try to get me to pay after being so rude. I refuse and walked out. Needs to learn more customers service and communicate…Uneseptable…

My last three online orders were missing something. One order was missing broccoli & beef, second one was missing teriyaki sauce, and third one was missing both rice and broccoli & beef (two items in one plate!). Contacted customer two times and was ignored both times. This location can’t seem to get anything right. And Panda customer service is useless. Gave this place three chances and three times they messed up, so I’m done with this place.
