Ordered takeout on a busy Saturday night, the gentleman who took my order on the phone was very friendly. Food was ready in time. Chicken wings tasted fresh and shrimp fried rice was very good. Shrimp roll was good too.

Mostly enjoy food but had sesame chicken and it was like eating little rocks. Have had wonton egg drop very good. Roast pork with broccoli pretty good but no excuse for the terrible hard chewy chicken they called sesame chicken. Should give a refund it was that bad!

No one is allowed through the door because of Covid for some reason? It’s been over 3 years now, let’s open the doors, people. It’s no longer an emergency so let’s get with the times. Made an order over the phone, was given a 20-25 minute wait time which was fine. Showed up after 25 minutes and still had to wait 10 minutes. Before my food was ready. Not happy with this experience or business management. A little pricey for Chinese takeout too. Was expecting ~$12-$15 for the meal, but was $17 before tip. The food was fine, just not pleased with the way the place is run.

The food is alright but the biggest set back. Is the fact that even Covid is over. That still have their lobby closed off to the public. You are forced to sit out side in the hot sun and wait for your food. Their wooden boards and make shift barricade is tacky and reminds us of a bad time. We all suffered through. They need to get with the times clean up their lobby and let people in.

China Dragon located off Baymeadows Road provides above average oriental dishes. It will strike the patron odd that they still think we live in a Covid World. You cannot eat inside, because you cannot go inside. It leaves you wandering why Jacksonville allows business continue to function as if we are still under special procedures. Even through the food is above average I will not return next time I’m in Jax.
