A little understaffed, but good experience the cook chef, the person making the food had a smile on his face. He was very artistic with the way he was putting his ingredients in, he looked over shoulder and smiled. It’s a good experience when you see that kind of stuff makes you want to come back.

This place is amazing!! I came all the way from Miami and the service that I got from this location was outstanding!!! Great job to the manager and the crew. The quality of the food was fresh and delicious can’t complain, I love panda . The restrooms and kitchen ultra clean! This is how a Panda Express restaurant supposed to look like.

Excellent service. Great food, hot and fresh. Was served proudly with a smile. Vasquez was the nicest person we have met in St Augustine. Manager Joseph was also very kind. The team seems to take pride in this location. We had to wait for Joseph to finish cleaning the bathrooms to tell him what a great experience we had. Nice to see a manager get in there and help. Also, the store was very clean after what looked like was probably a very busy day. Watching employees clean grease from the hood was very reassuring to us That cleanliness is a priority for this location. 10/10 would recommend

We went inside during peak rush hour on Tuesday 4/25 the team was very busy but extremely friendly and worked like a well oiled machine! Robert was in front taking and fulfilling food orders. He was quick to communicate dish needs to the staff while maintaining quick and friendly service. The cooks were constantly cranking out new hot dishes and never complained. For a fast food organization, I was very impressed. Ps. Food was great!

Despite the staff being very kind and courteous, I was really disappointed with the way this restaurants conducts business. As part of my meal I ordered honey sesame chicken which comes with string beans. When I picked up my meal the man at the window even said that I had orange chicken ordered and I said no and asked to confirm if it was the honey sesame instead and he said yes absolutely. When I open up the box there’s orange chicken with sesame seeds add inside. Not a big deal. So I return to the restaurant so ask if they can correct the order. Their response was that it was a sesame honey chicken and then I asked why is there orange in it and no string beans? They then said something along the lines of they are out of the string beans and ingredients for the honey sesame chicken said they’re just substituting it with orange chicken. Which is a completely different item. Why couldn’t they just say they were out of it when I ordered? It’s just these little dishonest things that really make no sense to me.

This was the best food ever (at this specific location) they know what they’re doing here. I can’t say enough about the food quality here & the service personnel were great to! Very friendly & very good on keeping you updated about your large order. All the food & the personnel was excellent! They were extremely busy when we showed up.

Worst experience ever. It was 11:15 and I was sitting in the drive thru. After 5 minutes of waiting, no one responded. After 5 minutes of waiting, I proceeded and waited for 5 minutes. Caroline came to window and told us that the drive thru was closed and to come in. Went inside and spoke with the manager, Drew and told him that I have been sitting at the drive thru for 15 minutes. He immediately cuts me off and tells me that the drive thru is not open because the lobby is busy. Understandable but there is no sign outside. He was very rude and agitated. Make a long story short, if the drive thru is closed then a sign needs to be placed. Caroline was our cashier. Asked for a complimentary cup of ice and ice water. We got charged for a small drink. She told us “that what you asked for”. The entire team needs to retrained in customer service or fired except for the cook. Drew is an incompetent manager.
