The service itself wasn’t bad but I noticed when I got home that the sales associate gave me a couple of badly shaped donuts that tasted stale. (You would think of not serving these to customers). All of my chocolate croissants were over done and burned. This is the second time I’ve been here and both times haven’t been the best, so I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

The avocado toast wasn’t toasted very hard, but tasted burnt. Ordered iced coffee but it came out hot. They did change it when asked. Imo Dunkin’ has gone downhill in the past year, as far as their food is concerned. Not sure why, but it’s been this way at several different locations.

Ordering a donut should not require asking for a fork and knife along with it to eat it. There is no way to pull these donuts out of the bag and eat them without looking like a 3-year-old.
Person also did not know the basic ingredients of their menu items and stated I had to specifically order everything. It’s right on the menu lady, on the description.

Tried the new DD Midnight coffee. I give it two thumbs up!! The staff here is very friendly! My wait time was minimal since I ordered in the app. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the new equipment coffee on tap, what a concept! Great job DD!
