We placed an order at 5:35 to have it ready by 6:15. I did not get my order until 6:43. The only response I kept getting was “it’ll be out” “5 more minutes” . And when I asked what the hold up was I got ignored. Only for a few minutes later to speak with an incredibly rude person who said she was the manager. I’ve never had anyone who works customer service speak to me in that tone. She was rude & told her employees to “walk away walk away!” When I asked to speak to someone. On top of this, once I got home I realized our pizza had pineapple… which we didn’t order on our pep & jalapeño pizza and it’s the one thing I’m allergic to(what are the chances that it ended up on my pizza)! I’ll be avoiding this location… and I recommend for everyone else to do the same. They rather have people just stand around and yell at each other than to actually get to work. They need better communication and better supervision to get their services correct. Don’t waste your time or money in this location.

We hadn’t had Pizza Hut here in Bealeton for a while. We decided to give it a try again and we were quickly reminded why we stopped ordering from here. Our thin crust pizza was burned and like eating chips, our hand tossed pizza was mostly crust and dripping with grease! When we got home and opened the box we were shocked to see that any employee would think this is a good pizza to serve any customer! Definitely not worth what we paid. We will be sticking to other local pizza joints…

Edit: ordered a MONTH later. 35 mins later? Still not out for delivery. Don’t waste your money on cold food.
$75 for pizza with a 25% tip for it to arrive ice cold. Was texted it was “out for delivery” 30 mins before it showed up. App said it would be there in 10 minutes.
Don’t pre tip, they will put your order as bottom priority because you guaranteed a them money. It does nothing to encourage the drivers to actually deliver things when they are supposed to. In fact just keep your tips for yourself. The delivery drivers don’t seem to actually want to deliver food.

The manager messed up our order. When called to correct argued with me how he didn’t make a mistake but would remake missing food as well as wrong order. But refused to deliver it. When asked what I would get for my expensive gas to drive to store a second time offered some free condiments. When I said I would just take my $ back and shop elsewhere, he asked I bring the food back. When I arrived back at the store continued to argue about my order not refunding what was not received and telling me to take the wrong item and go. To dispute charge with my bank. This is the worst customer service ever! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
