Unfortunately there was a party of 25 ahead of us (someone’s birthday) and it took over an hour to get our food. We were very patient but by the time my food arrived, I wasn’t hungry anymore. I ordered my 12oz ribeye VERY well done and it still had blood oozing, even after I sent it back once. Despite all that, we was very understanding and left a nice tip because it wasn’t our waitresses fault. They did adjust my bill accordingly and that was nice. Upon leaving there was a couple of ambulances and police in the parking lot, uncertain what that was about but I was just glad to get out of there at that point. I didn’t get to taste my steak but I tasted my companions steak (I believe it was herb crusted? It came with lobster as a combo) and it was different than mine and WAY too peppery and seasoned for me…I had ordered the classic ribeye. I would still consider trying again in the future, maybe, but I like my meat very well done and a little char…not sure they can do this. The bread and the blooming onion were great.

Don’t eat here! The reviews and star rating is overly inflated. A customer was vaping in the restaurant. Bread plates came out unwashed. Food came out after a lengthy delay and the waitress never notified us. The only reason we knew there was an issue was because we overheard her tell another table and ignore ours. Food came out overly crunchy in some parts, and soggy falling apart in other areas. Waitress ignored table entirely throughout dinner once our order was taken. What a huge disappoint!

Customer service was pretty good, we were seated right away with absolutely no wait time. All the food was delicious (even though the lobster is super tiny). Food came out at awkward timings. I had ordered the blooming shrimp to go with a salad and got my salad way before the shrimp came out so I was done with my salad and snacked on the shrimp till I was full. Overall a decent experience. My wife got the fillet mignon and it cut like butter and they got the temp perfect. The fried mushrooms were a little extra cooked but no serious complaint there. Not a bad time.

Bloomin’ Onion was so greasy, that the crust was sliding off. It had a puddle of grease on the plate. We showed the waitress and she said it was greasy, because it was cooked in grease. The burger and fries were greasy, too. The chef doesn’t know how to fry in grease, without the food being greasy. $52.00 for a greasy lunch. Their floors hadn’t been cleaned in a awhile. We won’t be back.

The server was friendly, but kept staring at this stupid tablet during most interactions with him. We ordered 2 waters 1 with lemon, and 2 drinks off the special menu. Got the 2 special drinks and 2 waters No lemons. I asked for lemon again at this time. We ordered 2 steaks (one medium rare and one medium)and sides. 15-20 minutes go by and we still haven’t received the complimentary bread. I flagged the server down and asked about the bread. About 5 more minutes go by and another server brings our meals and walks away. Then the server brings us the bread. And I ask AGAIN for the lemon to which he goes and gets immediately. I begin cutting into my steak as the server walks away and it’s Over cooked. The steak that was supposed to be medium rare was medium well and the medium steak was well done ZERO pink. On top of the steaks being over cooked they were bland and not very good tasting. I Told the server whom didn’t seem to care very much and he walked away. $86 dinner…

Took 6 people total to Outback for dinner, sat for 1 hour plus before food arrived 5 steaks total and ALL had to be re-done. After 2 and a half hours and 12 steals total with NONE of them cooked correctly, Manager was rude and wined they had only 1/3 of their normal staff and claiming steaks were correct becaise they had 180,000 dollar equipment addition server was AWESOME and called the Genetal Manager who apologized and comped the horrible experience down a considerable amount. The ONLY reason we would EVER go back is BECAUSE OF the General Manager and server. Tell the RUDE female manager if she does not have the proper staff in the back of the house then maybe she should not have even opened 1/2 of the dining room and kept herself back there to help because her people skills prove she should not be in the front during busy times!

Food was great, service was fantastic and hosts were very kind. Alex and Delbert got us sat very quick. My server Taylor P was amazing, very knowledgeable. Jen the manager came by to check on us even though nothing was wrong!!! She was amazing! Our bartender while waiting for our table was summer and she was awesome!!!!! She had our drinks to us so fast and they were delicious!! We highly recommend the Boozy cherry limeade and the cheese steak dip. We will be back!!!

We were here for a retirement dinner on 10/8 with about 17 people. Jennifer and Hailey were our waitresses. They were wonderful. They were very friendly, super attentive to our groups needs, and just an overall pleasure. They made sure we didn’t want for anything. They kept our drinks full and checked on us all the time. I wish more servers were as good as they were. Their customer service exceeded our expectations! They really do need a raise. They handled 17 people with such poise which is not easy. We also had kids with us and they were wonderful with them as well. Thank you for making our retirement party a success! The food was great as well.
