The place is extremely clean and neat as we walked in. We were immediately greeted by multiple employees and was promptly asked for our order. We went with the 3 carnitas taco plate and carne asada quesadilla. As you order, they literally make it fresh right in front of you. Even the tortillas are freshly made right in front of you. Then we sat and ate and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! As we were leaving two more employees thanked us. I don’t know how in the world anyone could give less than 5 stars. If I could give 10 I definitely would! Absolutely the best Mexican food in the Inland Empire. Nothing else is competing with this place. Our new favorite restaurant!

Unfortunately, this location just doesn’t match the quality or service of other 2 Potrillos spots. Every time I’ve visited, especially when Naomi is working, the customer service is disappointing. She consistently has a bad attitude, makes the food like she’s upset, and gets visibly annoyed when you ask for anything extra. On my most recent visit, she was putting barely any meat on the tacos, and when I asked for the normal amount—even offering to pay extra—she refused and rolled her eyes. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

I was going to this location for a while, but on my most recent visit I was in line waiting to order. A woman ahead of me was ordering a few things including some tacos de asada. Upon receiving her plate from the employee she started touching and tasting her taco as she waited for her other food. Shortly after as she waited in line, she told the guy making her tacos that the meat was cold and she requested a new taco. The employee took her plate back that she was touching and tasting to replace. Now, it was nice the worker gave her a whole new replacement but instead of disposing the taco that was touched and tasted by the customer in the waste bin, he proceeded to place all the meat back into the container by the grill that holds all the asada meat, thus contaminating all the other fresh asada meat that other customers for sure ended up ordering and essentially ate what that customer touched and tasted. I was so grossed out I have not been able to return to this location since. Just the thought that if they were able to do that, especially in front of other customers, who knows what other unsanitary things happen that you end up eating.

I got to take a minute and appreciate the service today 11/12/2024. I been ordering from this place for more than 3 years. Because I love the food. Our favorite is beef head by the pound. We always order 2 pounds for the whole family. And always have issues with the cashier. But not this time. The lady who was at the register were very nice and fulfilled my order all the way through. I wish I can have the same service always. I forgot to ask her name.

Ordered 3 fish tacos and 1 shrimp. I’ll definitely be back! Love there, fish, and shrimp tacos. Absolutely delicious . . Love the fish ones better, just my opinion .

I went in for a pick up order. Ordered at 12:03p.m, i got notified my order was ready till 12:35p. Went inside, stood in line and No one acknowledged me until I asked if this were i pick up. I told them my order name and the employees had no idea where my order was at. Waited a whole other 15-20min just for them to have my order laying somewhere. That’s the short story of my experience. Absolutely terrible experience. I didnt even get an apology.

Normally I love everything about this place. Today I was craving something new, a chicken salad. normally I order a burrito , or a burrito bowl. the portions are quite large and everything’s very delicious. Today’s order on the other hand I was highly let down. Portion is way small for the price. I’ll still be coming back but the salad was sad . The which I normally love the chicken but it was mostly fatty and gristle. Not worth 11 bucks

Man how this place has gone down hill. This place was the best taco spot in town but since they expanded to a new location here in town the quality went out the door with it. Ordered a burrito with extra meat, literally no difference from regular burrito other than the extra $$. Got a shrimp taco, they took it literall I guess since there was only one shrimp and a whole lot of cabbage. Definitely not coming back to this or any other location, as time goes they give you less food and up the price. Above all tho was the horrendous service, from the people taking your order to cashier, horrible customer service.
