Came in to eat dinner with my girlfriend. Was sat fast at a nice booth. Dinner took too long to arrive was told there was 15 top ahead of us and had to wait over 45min, server Taylor said she was sorry about the wait. When food arrive it was cold and over cooked. I asked for a ribeye 29.99 and wanted a medium I love the pink middle. It was absolutely horrible upon arrival it was well done no pink and dry. My girlfriend got the blooming burger was asked for medium rear. The burger came back well done over cooked. I told Taylor my server I wanted a Pina colada with extra rum shot. It had absolutely no alcohol in it. The only thing I liked was my Samuel Adam seasonal beer and I didn’t finish it as I was so disappointed and dissatisfied I wanted to leave the restaurant. I gave the server $1.34cent tip because the food was a disaster. I told the server about the quality of food. She said her manager gave us 25% off the bill. It was only $11.00 off bill….I will never return to eat at this establishment. I don’t recommend eating here. Horrible experience.

Stopped in to treat myself for lunch. The server brought the loaf of honey wheat bread right away after I ordered. Ordered the filet with lobster, baked potato, and house salad. Coke for beverage. I was still eating my salad when they brought the main course out. For that reason I can’t give a 5 star. I ordered the filet medium well and it was a bit overcooked. However, it was tender enough to cut with a fork. The lobster was great but the drawn butter was super salty. A squeeze of lemon helped.

We had a group of 27 go to this Outback today. Jamie was the day hostess that was on duty. She made sure we had a section in the restaurant to meet and were ready for us when we showed up. The food was great and our waiter, Justin, took care of our entire party. Took all our orders, kept all our drinks filled, and gave excellent service to all in our party. What a great experience we had, thanks to your great crew, including the manager that was on duty. Thanks for a job well done!

Our server, Michael, was right on top of everything. I didn’t get the food runners name but he was great as well. He and the runner we constantly checking on us, bringing us fresh drinks before we even had to ask. The manager, Jamie was great as well, table touching as managers should! Keep it up and you will rock the competition around you.

Without question the best experience I have had at this location yet. The hostess was great in greeting and seating us. Zack was our server, and to be honest I would recommend to sit in his section when dining here. Mark was the Manager on duty and I can tell you this because he was attentive to every table which is a first for me when dining at Outback. Food was on point, never felt rushed and left here feeling every penny was worth it! Great staff in the front and back of the house. Thanks for a great dinner and service!

My husband and I went Friday night for a date night. Our waitress wasn’t friendly at all not even a smile when she introduced herself. On top of that she wasn’t paying attention to our table, we had to let her know that we needed refills for our drinks and she didn’t even take the extra plates from the table when our entrees came in, we took them ourselves and set them on the empty table next to us. We could’ve understand a bit if the place was packed but it wasn’t, we didn’t have to wait to be seated.

I wanted to treat my granddaughter to a steak before she left to go home to Sarasota. We chose to eat at Outback believing it would be a nice outing for both of us. It wasn’t. The steaks were so fatty that we were only able to eat a mouthful and the vegetables were raw. The baked potatoes were good though. We chose to leave without complaining but I will not go back. I will go to Longhorn instead.
