My food was perfect. My hubby’s steak was undercooked, he asked for med and it was on the rare side. Our drinks were empty for the last half of the meal. Service was slow and server wasn’t on the floor, it was after lunch and maybe they were regrouping but there was only one other table at that time. (2pm) maybe this isn’t the right time to go eat there.
Not the normal service we’re used to.
I will say the server was attentive when at the table, the issue was the follow up and slow service.

The ribeye steaks had more fat and gristle than meat. We were told that’s how ribeyes are supposed to be. What you see in the foreground of the picture is the inedible part of the steak that I removed as I ate. That was only about 1/3 through the steak. My husband’s steak was worse than mine, but I didn’t take a picture. You can see how much of the steak hasn’t been cut in the background. I gave 3 stars instead of one because the potato was good.

We went with a gift card. The blooming onion was free. It was around 4:00 pm. We were seated pretty quick but waited forever for our waiter. After he came and we ordered, our blooming onion came, and it was pretty good. My ceasar salad came and it was not good. It had a strong onion aftertaste that was gross. I ordered my steak medium rare, but it still came really rare. I had to catch the waiter to get it fixed. The sautéed mushrooms I ordered were terrible. They didn’t taste good at all. The sweet potato was delicious, though. Overall, we were not very pleased and probably would have complained if it wasn’t basically free.

I don’t know who was in the kitchen around 1 o’clock to two today. But, y’all need to keep them! Do whatever y’all have to do to keep them happy. My hubby and I got the bone in ribeye and salmon to-go. With a baked potato, sweet potato and broccoli. The baked potato was so good my husband ate the whole thing, including the skin lol!! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection.

My family and I ate here yesterday around 4:30pm. This was by far the best experience we’ve had at any Outback location and we’ve ate at everyone from Kissimmee to Orlando. They were very welcoming as soon as we walked in. They held the doors open for my family too :). We were seated quickly, our food came out quickly, and our drinks stayed full. It was was amazing. We were savoring every bite because of how good it was! Our prime ribs were cooked to perfection! Our waiters were really nice and the manager even came over to see how we liked our food which never happened to us before at any location. She was very kind and made our day! We were greeted at the door arriving and leaving! Thank you for this great experience. We really appreciate it. This is the definition of great food and hospitality!

The best server ever, but food was not good. I felt bad for our server, but we knew it wasn’t his fault. The kitchen needs to learn the difference between medium and rare. I don’t eat rare. I ordered a medium. I ordered my baked potato with sour cream on the side… it was on top of the potato. My strawberry lemonade wasn’t mix well. Cannot drink it. My server tried his best and he even suggested to order something else. At that point I just wanted to pay and leave. I didn’t trust in their kitchen anymore. It was Monday night, not a busy night… what a shame. I visit often the one in Plant City and I thought I will find the same quality here like in Plant City, I was wrong. Unfortunately this one in WH is not a good choice.

Hands down the BEST PORKCHOPS IVE EVER HAD!!!!! I accidentally ordered some bone in pork chops for some reason I was in a rush after Cher with my kids and I quickly ordered online. I’m SO GLAD I ordered wrong lol I thought I was getting center cuts hahaha. Best seasoning. Was spicy and I love spicy! Idk what I got but imma find out and get it again ASAP!!!! Thanks outback for being amazing. Order was also super quick service was great and I ordered at 9:20 they close at 10!

After going to a performance ( with friends) at the Theatre Winter Haven we ate early dinner at Outback Steakhouse. Two of us had the three course dinner special. One person had a medium steak and my husband had chicken. We had a great time visiting with our friends. The server had a server in training with her. They were great, attentive but not hovering. My meal came with cheesecake so I had to decide which topping. We got our desserts to go because our meal was quite filling. This was quite close to the Theatre. That made it nice.
