Went thru drive thru, Chic fil a has there shit together. In and thru in under 5 min. Food was cooked perfect. Waffle fries were lightly salted, perfect! All the employees were very nice, and smiling!! Every experience here is 5 star. Never had any problems. Can’t say enough great things about this location.

Most of the tables were dirty.
The trash bin was overflowing but then got cleaned up.
The floor was dirty.
The waffle fries were cold and unsalted
Had to wait to be acknowledged for a refill on the drink.
The crew of workers were respectful and working hard. My guess is they were understaffed.

They have the worst merge drive thru. It was honestly a terrible drive thru experience. Directly after ordering food through the speaker you have to make a instant left to merge from the outside. Which only gives you very little space for you have to turn directly into the car at the speaker to your left. I didn’t know this for I’m not from the area and I ended up out of line on a busy Saturday night with snow piles around taking parking spots. I was left with a handicap spot to park in and ran inside. Spoke with a cashier named Jobe who was a great assistance after he understand my story I explained like above. I received my food quicker than I would had normally which worked out and I skated back to the hotel. It was a good and bad experience but definitely more good than bad.

Yesterday was a day. My two month old decided she didn’t like her car seat and started screaming at me when I pulled in the Drive thu. Not only did the sweet women working treat me to my lunch, they added a brownie to my order. Really helped brighten this new moms day! Thank you!

Standard Chick-fil-A, clean dining room, friendly and attentive staff, food tastes great and everyone is very polite. The drive through always seems to have a super long line, but the excellent staff processes orders quickly and a huge line will vanish rapidly. The outdoor staff have ice vests to help them stay cool! Amazing company.
