So I gave the food a 4 star the chili was fantastic as always. The garlic double was good. The burger was a little too crispy but still good. The person who took my order was quick and very cool. Unfortunately the younger guy who was at the window lacked window skills we had a 15 minute wait which I didn’t know there was 5 people that had ordered a big carryout. So no communication just left us sitting in the car for 15min. And when he did hand us the bag he didn’t apologize about the long wait and there was no napkins so I had to ask for some. And then when I get home I realize he gave me a fork and not a spoon for my chili. Need a new window person in my opinion because I was the only person in drive thru and he couldn’t communicate that there was a large order in front of ours and gave me a fork and not spoon for my chili.

Ordered two double double cheeses. Picked up /drive-thru. Both cold and no onions on one of the burgers. How can you eat a burger without onions?Terrible Burger with gamie taste. First time trying and was really looking forward to it. Disappointed.

My order was lost between the kiosk and the kitchen. My son was done eating and ready to leave before they figured out that since the kiosk thought I paid but the transaction didn’t get ran my order went to order purgatory. I never received my food and was told to watch my transactions to see if it shows in the next few days… I could request a refund then.

This is a love hate kinda place for the ol’ donkey. On a good day the burgers and shakes are terrific. On other days everything just plain sucks. Very inconsistent. On this visit the lobby was dirty and no table service ever since Covid just sucks. The prices are still good though. And in this visit the shake in the frosty glass was perfect and on point. So 5 tail wags from Eeyroe for the shake. A shame the place was so dirty and that table service still does not exist. Your mileage will vary here each time…

The Manager on shift at noon on Thursday the 13th of November thought it was more important to stand on charging for a water then to save 6-12 dollars of business every weekday, will not be coming here again. There are two crew members who always took care of me, and I really liked them, but I’m not gonna be hassled over some stupid policy decisions that fast food companies decide are important. Id rather starve.

This store has really turned around! At first, I wasn’t sure about the ordering kiosk, but they have a great system. The manager was on top of things, and the store was moving like clockwork. The food came out hot and quality! It was the steak and shake visit I needed. My whole family enjoyed their food, keep up the great work!

Food was fast and very fresh. But what really impressed me was how clean the restaurant was. The employees were not just standing around. They were cleaning and keeping the place very nice. There was a young man working the front and he never stopped moving. He was always cleaning or helping a patron.

There literally was hair in our burger and not just one strand, so we obviously threw away the food and called immediately. We live 25 minutes away so we were assured itd be replaced the next time we were in the area, but were treated like we wanted a free meal and denied a refund. This is a sanitary issue and is disgusting, I dont plan on eating here again I just want a refund because of the wasted money towards our food and now both trips.

I’ve eaten at this store twice in the past month and both times my wait was way faster than I expected (around 4-5 minutes) and the food was wonderful. I was actually caught off guard due to usually waiting so long at the Wilmington pike store. Not to mention both of the managers that were there during my visits were super friendly and clearly ran the store well and during the second visit, one of their employees came around a bunch of times to check on us and take our trash! Super clean inside. If I could change anything it would be the system to scan a code to use their drink machine? Highly recommend this Steak n Shake!!
