I haven’t been to an Outback in almost 2 decades. Mainly because I thought that it was just like every other chain restaurant but I was clearly mistaken. This location was connected to my hotel so I stopped in for lunch!!!!!!! Easily one of the best dishes I’ve eaten in 2023. I’m traveling again this weekend and I’ll be popping back in. Sorry about the photo, the dish was so good I forgot to take a pic until it was almost gone.

Disappointed with corporate who sets the standards. It’s probably been 4 years since we last visited this location. We visited today 5/22/23 for our 12th anniversary, everything was great until our dinners arrived. I understand with the economy and inflation..but food shrinkage is real at Outback. Very small portions especially with chicken breast. Was told they cut it in half! Spoke with the manager and he made it right..but all I wanted was a reasonable piece of chicken. Buyer beware..you will leave hungry like we did!

The food is hit or miss. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin and it was incredible, delicious, loved it! The next visit, I got the 8 oz sirloin and crab legs. The crab was cold with no meat on them at all, and the sirloin was overcooked. My husband felt the same about his food both times. Wishing the food was more consistent. The service and atmosphere was alright, but those don’t do much without good food!

Enjoyed a family dinner outing at this location. Our servers (Kylie K. & Josh S.) could not have been any better. From the time we were seated until our check was presented, everything was fantastic. The food was delivered as ordered, hot, and well prepared. Just a terrific meal out to celebrate a couple of family members’ birthdays.

Stopped in for a late evening dinner. Bad start from the get-go as we asked for a mixed drink the server was not familiar with. After explaining the ingredients she told us that drink was not available. Wrong, as we had it there at our last visit. Two members of the server staff got into a disagreement in front of paying guests. Our server would look at our table when passing by, but only actually stopped a couple times. We were watching a ball game as we ate, but even with a couple active tables someone decided to turn off the TV. Seems to me it could have been left on till the place closed. We spoke with an on-duty manager who was sympathetic, but it seemed our issues were merely mouse noise.

Absolutely so glad we stopped in today! We had Kylie as our waitress & she was amazing. I’ve stopped going out as much because customer service & service at restaurants had tanked during covid. She made our dining experience enjoyable & the food was really good today. Ask to sit in her section you won’t regret it.

I ordered on Uber Eats, the steaks were amazing, I got the bloomin onion chicken sandwich, it was good but they barely put any bloomin sauce on it, and none on the side. This is what people get the bloomin onion for, and for almost $16, I’m a little disappointed they couldn’t be bothered to put any on the side.

We came here tonight for dinner after having a rough couple of weeks personally, and my having a surgery. The food was great, but the service is what really made our night. We had Lindsay K as our waitress. She was so kind and attentive. Also, we noticed her often going around the restaurant, sweeping and cleaning things up. Lindsay honestly had us feeling much better by the time we finished our meals. We’d love to come back and have her as our server again!

Kylie was a Great waitress. Unfortunately most steaks were cooked too much. The one that was cooked the most they did exchange happily. We did not say anything about the others so not their fault. Just need a better cook that know what rare is. They do have great service and work to make your experience good. Still a lot better than Texas Roadhouse in Monroeville.

We had to wait over an hour and a half to be seated even after using the waitlist feature, then they had to split our group of 6 to be seated earliar. Half of the restaurant was empty assuming due to lack of wait staff. We ended up just ordering to-go due to the wait and having to be somewhere. Waiter was great and hooked us up with a free app because of the delay. Two prior visits this year the waiter was tweaking out… even spilled a drink on us one of those visits. Will not have him as a waiter again. Place has really gone downhill. Really wish there were other locations nearby. Probably will just order to go from now on.
