What a great visit from start to finish. I see why this place was so busy at 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon. The staff were excellent and so fun. Food was great, dining area and bathrooms clean. I will definitely stop back when in the area.

I finally went here for the first time and tried their chicken strips and famous waffle fries of course with a side of chic fila sauce which is fantastic. Every thing was perfect, and staff was very nice and pleasant, I was thanked for stopping in as well, and tables were being cleaned directly after others were finished leaving the dining area.

When your there the customer service is amazing! However if you’re placing an order for an office for lunch… this location has in fact turned us away stating it’s a catering order. But if I pulled into the drive thru with 9 people, the same amount of people to have lunch, they would gladly prepare and sell the same amount of food..: poor customer service! Never turn away a customer and if given the opportunity to make them a repeat customer… do it!

We went through the drive-through between 5:30 & 6:00 pm. There were about 7 may be 8 cars ahead of us. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food, it was only about five minutes. When our food was handed to us, they were already putting up the next in line. The food was delicious as usual, and employees were polite and clearly spoke through the speaker. Their prices are very reasonable. I just wish they were closer to my home.

Wow ,… Unfortunately, I don’t have any pictures to share; but this was my first time to check out our local ‘Chick-fil-A’ branch; here in Altoona!! We were so impressed with what we tried, that we are talking about going there again-tomorrow!! We wouldn’t normally eat ‘fast-food’ two nights in a row!! But this one time, I might allow it – Only because we agreed to try the “Salad Entrees” this time!! I see that as a ‘win-win’! ( I take them whenever I can get them!!) I think the biggest surprise was the price- not that it was cheap; but what is? Hotdogs?? Gross; not on my watch!! Lol; anyways; if I have another great experience with the salads, then we may have a New Favorite place to visit, when we are looking for something “Special” to spend our money on!! (Actually, I think it’s a good thing that they are closed on Sunday!) LMAO

So far, my experience with all Chick-fil-A stores is great. In this particular location, I experienced a bit harsh response while placing the order. I gave the benefit of the doubt to that person. Maybe she had a bad day, either personally or at work. Foods were given as ordered, but to my surprise, they were cold . By the time my family started having the Foods, I was on the highway, and there was no way I could go back to confront them. Anyway, as I said, this may be a one-off occurrence.

I stopped with my brothers yesterday and got a fruit cup with my order instead of the fries. My first time ever getting a fruit cup and will probably be my last. The fruit cup has made me sick. I tried to call the Altoona store on was put on hold for half hour to an hour. Got tired of being on hold so I called the corporate number and got through instantly talked to a wonderful lady and told her everything. I know this is a fast food place and all but I will not wait around for a half hour to an hour to warn you about food that could possibly be bad and make people sick. Other than that the service was great and so was the rest of the food.

Super busy, but that’s because the food is so good. Only drawback is the dining area is too small for the volume of people. They should remove the play area that is closed anyway and make more seating.
