Been here a few times since recently moving here, but the last time, I had a bad experience. We asked for salsa with my chips, because it never came, and after asking, the guy turned around and just started watching TV in a few minutes later I went to go grab it. We were there about 45 minutes, the whole time the bar was really tired, and they never cleaned next to us like I would have expected, so we sat in someone else’s mess lol other than that the food and drinks are good.

First of all, the best service that I have had in months. The steak was so tender that it practically melted in my mouth. The chicken was fabulous and the enchiladas were amazing.

We arrived today and we were sat immediately. 15 minutes went buy before our waiter came to check on us. He was nice, placed our order. We ordered a cup of queso and tea to start. The tea was super light. As I looked around, I saw a roach crawl across the the backside of the booth were my husband was sitting. We immediately got up and left. Where you see one roach, there are hundreds more. Will go to the Garland location from here on out. Corporate really needs to get control of the cleanliness of this place, train staff better, and have better quality checks of food and beverages.

The food was great and the service wasn’t. My mother-in-law asked for jalapenos an onion on the side when we ordered my father in law told her no cheese on his plate.when she brought us our food he had cheese all over his food (he’s lactose intolerant) and she didn’t bring the peppers or onions the first time. She took his plate to fix it and we told her again about the peppers and onions. she said oh ok brought his plate back right this time but no peppers and onions. we told her a second time she finally brought them after the third time telling her. beyond that we never saw her again. she never checked on us or asked if we want refills we had to get her to bring us the check so we could pay. Probably will never eat at that one again. As I said the food was great but the service was lacking.

We enjoyed the queso, watermelon margaritas, and the strawberry cheesecake chimis very much. Ladykiera did an awesome job waiting on our table. She greeted us with a welcoming smile and took our order right away; we were on a schedule that we needed to keep. She brought food and drinks out promptly. Everything was presentable and tasted great. We got the chicken chimi and enchiladas from the lunch menu. Being a part of the rewards progran and being on the email list allowed us to use coupons and get discounts, so it was worth splurging today. We would recommend this location to anyone traveling through Rockwall and wanting a really good sit-down restaurant experience.

I have been getting takeout for a long time at this location. I have also dined in. The food is always great. The atmosphere is always noisy at this location. And every time I get takeout I hear curse words from the young kids that work at the bar and at the take out/to go area. Yesterday I heard the F word quite a few times. Hopefully the owner will see this and finally end the unprofessional attitude.
