This Applebee’s is a good place to stop if you’re on the road or are just looking around for nicer places to dine. I would suggest getting the bottomless wings. They’re cheap, and taste just fine.

Less than a minute to be seated, service was good, did notice they were short staffed. Our experience was a good one, food came out in a timely manner, and was cooked perfectly. I did notice that they lost a few customers because no one acknowledged there were people coming in, 3 ladies waited about five minutes then they left. Engage your customers, even just say hello, they will have more patience.

Sadly, like many places, they appeared short staffed. Long waits to seated, but many open tables. Seems like not enough waitresses/waiters to cover them. Long waits for drinks. Food was good. I was impressed with the portion size of my Alfredo.

I wish I could give you guys No stars. I explicitly told the guy over the phone I need my food not burnt but well done. I initially ordered the New neighborhood double burger, I was then informed I can’t have this burger well done & I replied okay then let’s get a different burger because I get headaches from eating food that’s not well done, the guy whom took my order said okay got it no pink then we settled with the classic bacon cheeseburger add an additional patty. Approximately 30 mins later I’m in the car scarfing my food down after picking it up. I stop eating and start driving again, I get home and start to get a headache okay I see why simple instructions can’t be followed. If your reading this review and you are traveling to the outlets from out of state or planning on coming here..proceed with caution you might end up like me eating Advils and on google searching for something else to eat because they don’t know how to do their job either that or they don’t care what so ever. Also where is the sauce that goes on the wonton tacos sheesh

Our waitress was great. She took our drink order and came right back with our drinks. We ordered the mozzarella sticks for appetizer. We all liked those. Dinner came, was hot and tasted great. I’d come back if I was in the area again.

Came in on a Sunday evening for dinner. 2 people in our party, we ordered 3 meals (2 for dine in and 1 to go). We waited a bit for our meal but was understandable considering it was a little busy. When our food finally came we received 1 dine in meal and 1 to go meal. We had to reorder the to go meal (which came back faster than our other meals), but our dine in meals were cold. Don’t believe we’ll be returning.

The food was amazing but the service sucked big time. They seem very under staffed and the bar tender was my parties server. His name is Jules and he is not good at multitasking at all. He doesn’t know how to be a bar tender and a server. He doesn’t make sure his tables are good until 10-15 minutes later. My party got here at 1:30-1:40. We ordered are food very quickly but we didn’t get our food until 2:10 We finished eating at 2:20 and we have been sitting here waiting for our check for 30 minutes because our server is unfortunately the bar tender as well. I gave 1 stars because of everything I have said above.
