For a chain it’s exactly what you’d expect. We both got burgers, 1 had a hair on the plate and they very quickly fixed the issues. My bun was soggy on the black and blue burger and the cheese tasted like chemicals (likely the cooking gas). The fries were borderline uncooked. This is unfortunately something I’ve grown to accept from this red Robin. The server was pleasant but we only saw them 3 times our entire stay…

Their burgers are really good! Juicy, different toppings, The Tavern burgers are just a little smaller so perfect for us. Luke, our server, was great, checked often enough to see if we needed more of anything, including their bottomless sides. I wanted to try the lemonade cake but way too full!

We called ahead of time to reserve a table for party of 13. We had been told on the phone it would take 5-10 mins to be seated. We waited 45 min and I showed our phone to another waiter who was doing to go orders and seated us right away. The two front waitresses were very rude and short when would ask what happened. After this experience I would definitely not go there again. The only reason for even 2 stars was because of the man who got us seated and out waiter who served our food were really good. Everything else was awful.

We took our son to Red Robin for his birthday and it was a great experience! We were seated quickly, our server was so nice and our food came out hot and fresh! Also I love that their burgers are flame broiled, and of course the neverending fries, especially with their campfire sauce

I got the tycoon Burger I think it’s called. There has a little bit of truffle and I’ve tried truffle before but it’s never been my thing, until now. This is absolutely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. We came in about an hour before closing and had an excellent experience. Fantastic food and the staff were extremely kind and professional. This is an excellent burger restaurant. It’s usually pretty busy here, so I’d recommend either calling ahead or taking a look on Google to see how busy the place is before going.

Previously we had horrible service but we had a gift card decided to try again. Our waitress was really great and was right on top of getting our fry refills and topping our drinks. The food was good. The desert was huge and we should have shared one not ordered 2.

Red Robin is the best! Perfect for families but also stays open until 11:00 on the weekends for a late night bite and beverage. There is something on the menu for everyone and their dietary restrictions including keto and vegan! Plenty of space for large parties, lots of parking and very handicap accessible. Best burgers, fries and bottomless sides. Sit in Shellie’s section – she’s super sweet, attentive and will make sure your drinks and fries are full at all times! The service was great all around! The good was ok. The sweet potato fries were a little disappointing. A little overcooked and dry, but ok. The server did offer to have them made again, but i chose to just eat them. My husband took his leftovers to go, and when he picked up the basket liner, there was a small piece of broccoli underneath. Neither of us had broccoli in our meals. So we wondered how clean the baskets are. Both men’s and women’s restrooms were quite dirty and in disrepair. So, great staff, but it looks like cleaning standards might need a refresh.
