My fiancé and I came in after seeing are other restaurant we like to go to was closed! Was the best decision we made for the week! Chris was our server and was fantastic, I’ve worked with him before at an other restaurant and knew he was amazing. But the service I got from Chris was great and lived up to the great standards I heard from. The food was fantastic, the drinks were amazing, the food was fast, fresh and was cooked to both peoples satisfaction! Once again Chris gave a great response and great atmosphere to the restaurant!! Definitely will be back for Chris and hope I get him next time!!

The girl you have working in the bar is the worst server I have had in over ten years. Empty drinks, appetizer that took over 20 min. Watched our food sit under the warmer for over 8 min. By the time we got it the burger was over cooked and the bun was crunchy. Then when we told her we did not want a manger we just wanted to explain how it went…she seem very frustrated and annoyed & went and got the manger. Her doing that caused the machine not to work so we had to wait again for the manger to come over to which we had to explain we told her we didn’t need him. Then we had to get up again to go find her to cash out our bill. We come all the time we always tip over 35% no matter how little we order. We always have great service. The man that usually serves in the bar is fantastic she needs some training from him. This was today from 2:15pm-3:30. Such a waste of money

Belle our waitress was very kind and attentive. She made us feel right at home!!! My son and I tried the steakhouse burger and it was delicious!!!! The new zucchini fries were out of this world!!! Will I go back…..I sure will, and ask to sit in Belles section!!!!❤️❤️❤️ ☃️☃️☃️☃️

I went on a random Tuesday afternoon and was greeted by the server Chris. He talked to me was so polite and asked me about my day and actually cared. Behind me were some very disrespectful costumers and Christ treated them with love and kindness even though they were incredibly rude. In return for them bothering me for sitting behind me he brought me a free lemonade. I definitely plan on coming back simply just because of Chris.

We had a great experience here the food was all hot, fresh and tasted good. My kids loved it. Our server I believe was Morgan and she was very helpful and answered all our questions. She made sure to check in on everyone several time.

We ordered from the app for pickup. When arriving, we found it strange that no one said hello of greeted us even though there were two people at the counter. We found and stood by the pick-up desk until another person showed up. She was very helpful and friendly. We could tell she was busy, but she still did a good job! The food was ready in time and everything was correct in the order.

We ordered from Uber eats tonight after moving here this week and our fridge broke. All our food went bad today. We got the littles to bed and ordered dinner. …my husband’s shrimp came with a lime (lime??) and no cocktail sauce. My burger came VERY uncooked (ordered no pink). My diet coke was expired in a Santa bottle. I thought it taste kind of weird and looked. I didn’t even know soda expired. What a waste.

Red Robin in Coeur D’Alene. We were seated right away, no waiting time. Food was really good but it took a very long time to be ready. We ordered appetizers to wait for the food and they came with the food. We had to ask for drink refills, we had to wait for the waitress to check on a table to ask for more napkins, drinks, etc. Unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience this time. I will visit again in the future and hoping to have a more pleasant experience
