The food and service was very disappointing. The salad came out with multiple pieces of the stalk in our salad, my watered down margarita took almost 30 minutes to come out, I had to return my minestrone soup twice because it was cold, and my kids cups were not refilled until my seven year old got frustrated and had to ask for a refill after he was done eating his meal (two of their cups were empty from the time they were eating breadsticks until they finished eating their entrees). When my meal arrived as a lunch size portion, I asked for a dinner portion and the food was just put in a plate instead of the bowl it was in as a lunch portion. I’m fully aware because I’ve been a caterer for the last 12 years and very familiar with serving portions. Then after I submitted my survey with feedback, the manager came over to ask how everything was and offered dessert for our poor dining experience, a replacement margarita because my drink was still on the table, and a minestrone to go…I declined all. I will not be back and would not recommend this location.

The two stars are because the food was decent… good for fast food Italian. You know what you’re getting at O.G., nothing gourmet obviously, but the food wasn’t the problem. The service was atrocious. We walked in at 9:10pm, party of two, restaurant wasn’t too busy, but still plenty of people there. Seated right away. The booth we were seated in was still wet from being wiped down, gross. There were crumbs on the shelf next to me like someone had taken a breadstick and just pulled parts off and left it there. We ordered drinks (iced tea and soda), we asked for straws but our server Ritchee only had one. He gave it to me and said he would be right back with another. Many many minutes go by, Ritchee still hasn’t brought the straw, and in fact has seemingly disappeared. Finally he emerges, but he’s straw-less. Once again we ask for a straw, he finally brings one. Mind you, from setting down of drink to getting second straw we’re talking about 7 minutes. The restaurant was not busy enough to take that long for a straw. Anyway, next we order our app and entrees. Soups come out, and although mine tasted fine, it looked so disgusting and unappealing in it’s presentation. It’s soup, I get it, but the other soup looked fine. Still I ate it, no complaints. Ritchee did drop off our soups and drinks, other than that the apps and entrees were brought by what I assume was a food runner. All of the staff was very nice. Food was fine. Apps were good, entrees good. Never once did Ritchee check on us to see how things were, if we needed anything, a drink refill, nothing. He was nice, but his service was really subpar. End of the meal, I need a to-go box, I waited for about 5 minutes for Ritchee to bring one, I never even saw him. I finally went up to the bar where I encountered a gentlemen that walked up as I was standing there, turned out he was the manager, named Elvis. He asked if he could help me, I said yes, may I please get a box. He gave me one. Back to the table, packed my leftovers. They had one of those computers at the table, so you can pay the bill without even interacting with the server, so by the time I returned from getting box, we were paying bill. As we were leaving, I saw the manager at the hostess stand, and I did ask “are you the manager?” He said yes, and I asked for his name. He was very nice and I told him our dining experience was less than stellar. He apologized. Definitely will not return, and do not recommend spending money here, there are better options with better service for fast Italian food.

I took my family of 5 to Olive Garden on Friday night. We were promptly seated by the hostess. We then waited 15 minutes without any waiter or waitress coming to greet us at our table. We were obviously ready to order by then. I asked an employee where our waitress was, and she said she would go get her. After a 10 minute wait, nobody came still to take our order. Soon after, another employee walked by, and after I asked if she was our waitress, she stated that she was off the clock and pointed out our waitress 2 tables over. I figured our waitress would at least come over to greet us after dropping the drinks off at that table, but she didn’t even look at us and went to the back. We waited probably another 7 minutes, and she still never came, so we got up and left. Employees standing around saw us leaving and knew we had been waiting a very long time, and nobody attempted to stop us or apologize or anything. We wasted a good 30+ minutes waiting, and our waitress didn’t even have the courtesy to greet us and say she was busy. We’ve been coming to this location for at least 12 years, but after this disaster, we will never return. What horrible service!

went in for lunch Monday. service was good, food was decent. the digital screen at every table that offers games needs to be more clear about $$$. charged $2.99 for playing a game for 2 minutes and not once was it even close to obvious that you’d be charged anything… seriously need to take these machines out or make it known to customers about any hidden fees.

Today I had a very bad experience At Olive Garden(powerline/Boca Raton ), at the entrance they already put us to wait and the bad smell at the entrance of the restaurant was disgusting. My nephew went to try to go to the bathroom and he couldn’t, he said it was the worst bathroom he’s been to, dirt everywhere, even Walmart and cleaner. No one did anything until I asked someone to clean it up and put some good air in or something as I was already losing my appetite from that stench. Then we went to the table, my mother went to open the napkin with the cutlery and they were dirty, the waiter was very attentive, at least we had that, the food quality dropped a lot. It’s sad because it was one of my favorite restaurants in the area and I always recommended it.

oh wow… The food was excellent, the weight staff was Magnificent. Will was always smiling and laughing and made us feel like family. I sure appreciated it because I was celebrating my birthday week. The servings were huge and I have leftovers to take home and have dinner tonight.

Service was great!!! I saw our server had a few tables come in at once, and they all were requesting attention, but Jolene managed to bring all of us everything we needed very quickly. She really gave us the best service with a smile. I will be back just to see her. The drinks were very refreshing, too.
