Cleanliness could be improved. The amount of dust in some parts of the decoration (especially plastic plants) is concerning (see picture). I did not take a picture of the venting grids but state was similar. Menu is well known and does not disappoint. Service was good but took them some time to take our order. Surprising since the restaurant was half empty.

This was by far the worst experience anyone can have.. Last night, me and my wife wanted to enjoy a nice quiet valentine’s day away from the kids. For starters, we get the smallest table you can possible get.. the server comes by and we order our drinks and ask for silverware since there was none on the table. The server comes back with our drinks and we order our food which was me having a chicken parm entree with salad and breadsticks, the wife ordered Shrimp Scampi + Sangria and we also ordered some Fried Mozzarella for an appetizer. With our salad we requested no tomatoes and no jalapenos. We asked the server for a 2nd time for silverware… Then around 5 minutes later, server comes back with salad and it had jalapenos and tomatoes when we requested no. Before the server left we asked for a 3rd time for silverware. Several minutes later he comes back with our salad correctly. We asked for 4th time for silverware, the server then gives an excuse would you mind a kiddie fork claiming they are all out of silverware. Meanwhile several people near us just arrived and got properly silverware. at this point we were annoyed and took the fork wrapped around a napkin with crayons in it. About 3 minutes later we get our Fried Mozzarella and the wife’s Sangria. The wife says her drink is very watered down and doesn’t have a wine taste at all. While enjoying our salad and appetizer not even 5 minutes later we get our main course which feels like being shoved down our throats and being rushed. We had to put our salad bowl on the ledge with all this food on this small table.. Now we finally get to finish our salad and appetizer, I noticed I have no knife to cut my chicken parm. So now this makes 5th time of the night asking for some type of silverware. My main course meal was really good buy the wife’s was not. Her Shrimp was not cooked and we asked the server could this be taken back.. He gave us some story and at that point my wife was furious.. So she decided eating everything except for shrimp which kind of defeats itself.. overall for $70 was the worst spent evening I and my wife have ever encountered.

It’s a shame that a restaurant with a name has such terrible service from the moment you enter until you leave the place and the tables around you where you are going to enjoy a delicious dinner with your family are all dirty with plates, glasses, etc. and they remain that way for a long time. There is no affection for the customer or love for service, there is no manager in that place. Olive Garden Boca Raton, horrible place.

Not sure if lack of staffing or business, only 3 servers on at 12:30pm on a Thursday so host had us wait a few minutes before being sat in a near empty restaurant and was the one who got our drink order and brought out. Server was very friendly and a good waitress. First basket of breadsticks given were cold so she put in a new fresh order. The new spicy steak shrimp bucatini was inedible. Pasta way overcooked mushy taste and steak well done when requested medium. Even for steak tips, they should know not to overcook the meat. Shrimp are quite small, too. Zuppa Tosacana had huge pieces of mostly kale and some chunks of sausage. Son’s lunch chicken Parmesan was good. Food quality and food quality control gone downhill though.

I usually eat at a Olivia garden here and there never had a problem but when I ate here at this Boca raton location with my wife today I had to stop at a target on my way home after eating here me and my wife wasn’t feeling well at all. I had completely poo my pants I poo for entirely 2 hours till I was able to go home in pain you couldn’t imagine in your stomach and my poor wife vomiting. Service was great staff was friendly. But whatever the chefs or kitchen managers got going on they need to be on top of there product and make sure there staff and them selfs are not selling spoiled food, sauce or food that has not been kept in safe zone temps can cause what I experienced today. Do better chefs please for no one else have to experience being a full adult and pooping your pants and spending hours in a public toilet after spending over $75 dollars.

Our waitress Jolene was phenomenal and made our Lunch experience an excellent one..!!.. She was super friendly, very attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu items…!!.. She continuously checked on us.. asking if our food was to our satisfaction… if we wanted seconds.. or drink refills or desserts.. which was excellent service..!! We were very satisfied.. would love to thank Jolene.. and would definitely recommend eating here…!!

My boyfriend and I had gone last night and left super satisfied. Biggest reason for the great experience was our server Grey. She was so kind, attentive, friendly and overall so pleasant. The food was great and Steve was super awesome too. Highly recommend this location and Happy Holidays!
