We loved the food and the friendly and smiling server. Our order consisted of chicken wrap, chicken tenders, fish and chips, and a Philly cheese steak. Every dish was excellent and incredibly tasty. Although the space may not be impressive, it was clean and well-maintained.

While a bit hungry, we found this place near the snow tubing area and gave it a try! First time here, and it was a good experience! Chicken sandwich was great, not too greasy, not overwhelmed with sauce or mayonnaise, just well done! Ice cream is a must; great flavors and texture! Friendly fast-food spot in PA!

Had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. Then once seated waiter got the drinks wrong. Ordered the soup that came with the meal. It didn’t come out until well after all the other food came out. Waiter came and took the child’s ice cream order. She had started choking while he was getting her order. He left the table and never came back for the rest of the ice cream orders. When he cane with her ice cream we just paid and left the were so over the whole experience. It was not busy at all.

We are from out of town, visited this location for dinner on Christmas Eve, it was a bit of a wait, but food was yummy and service by Emily was even better. She was working the tables, the front, ice cream, etc she was doing it all without missing a step. Would return whenever we visit again!

We love Friendly’s!! It was New Year’s Eve, so I guess they didn’t schedule enough or people called out or just can’t get people to work. They did the best they could. The food and ice cream was still fantastic as usual. I had the new cool ranch Doritos chop burger and it was delicious!! The service was slow, but was expected after we found out the staffing problem. We were traveling so I might not make it back to this one, but recommend all Friendly’s.

It’s hard to find a Friendly’s nowadays but we just went to the one in the Poconos in PA. Our waitress Stephanie was great. She even offered to switch our quasadilas to a meal which was cheaper. Super friendly and a good experience!

My family and I visited this establishment two days ago on our way back home. We were pleasantly greeted by Stephanie P. as if we were regulars. To my surprise, she was the same person who took care of our table. We had a wonderful time earlier in our day, but the service she provided was the “cherry on top”! If we lived closer, we would request her to be our server each and every time! She exemplifies great customer service!

Inside is like any friendly’s. Host and server were kind and helpful. Kitchen was a complete mess. Wait time was 30+ min and you can see many other patrons were waiting just as long. Food was ok. Omelet and potatoes being the best.
