Fast and speedy service. Food tastes delicious. You will never wait for than 5 minutes for the food. Their shakes are also delicious. Their fries are a must. One thing is that it can be pricey but definitely worth the price. Their is always consistency in their food and it always tastes the same. Don’t be alarmed by the full parking lot or the long drive through line, these guys go through the line pretty quick so you won’t wait long.

I love Chick-fil-A and eat at them frequently. It’s been over a year since I’ve had a friendly exchange with staff at this location. In fact, I usually feel the staff are rude here and have chosen to go to other places because of this. The food always tastes good, but something is regularly forgotten in my family order (generally four items plus sauces). I will change this to a better review when this location does better.

I know it’s a busy job I worked in BK and please remember napkins in the bag. I also went with a coworker who placed his order before me and waited an extra few minutes for the same thing and they forgot napkins and almonds for the salad but otherwise clean, crowded, tea is still good and food great.

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A drive-through I have ever used. If you are in a hurry, you could drive to Vernon Hills get your order and drive back to Gurnee — all before the person in front of you went through the drive-though at this Gurnee location. Vernon Hills is fast and they expect to deliver your order quickly. Gurnee ‘s location is terribly SLOW. Do not know why I ever go to this location. Don’t ever use the Gurnee drive-through for lunch! It is S-L-O-W.

This was our first time at this location. Have always enjoyed Chick-fil-A but today was not a pleasant experience. The dinning area was filthy with every table dirty. Can not understand why no one was cleaning since it was 2:30 in the afternoon and wasn’t very busy. Even the garbage can didn’t work on the way out. After we wiped off a table our food arrived. The sandwiches were cold and not up to what we are use to at Chick-fil-A. Hopefully it was just a bad day at this location.
