The food here was mediocre at best. Our server Lucia was horrid. Before I could even finish my sentence, she rudely interrupted “No”… damn, can I finish the words first. My mother couldn’t decide on two plates, we ask her “Which one do you recommend, A or B?”
“Well… that’s up to you whatever you like. I can’t tell you what to order.” No ho, but you can recommend one over the other. “Plate A has such n such, it’s really good. Place B is really good too.” Whatever. Upsell your plates. “Eh, whatever you want to eat”. She annoyed me so much.
She also never came to our table to check on us. Sure the place was a bit busy, but attend to your table.
I asked for NO chicken on my plate… I got chicken
They have an overwhelmingly huge menu. With such a huge menu notjing at all caught my eye. So I settled and that was very bland.
Thank goodness I’ll never be back here again! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Also, an other thumbs down to our server Lucia! Get a better attitude!
Edit: The women’s room was disgusting. Y’all should clean them once in awhile.

I hadn’t visited Norms in a long time, so dropping in again was a great choice. The breakfast hit the spot, the prices are still surprisingly reasonable for the area, plus the team was welcoming. Everything from the dining area to the restroom looked spotless. The claw machines are fun for kids, though at $5 each try, they can add up fast. Still, the cute prizes make them hard for little ones to resist. A wonderful visit overall!

So we had a party of about 40 people come here between 10pm and midnight, they were extremely accommodating and the service was excellent. We did call in advance so they would be ready. The did an amazing job, also we weren’t the only large party. Great work by there staff.

Hadn’t eaten at a Norms since I was younger before my local restaurant closed. Now that I live in OC, I googled the closest Norms to me and this location showed up. I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit…and have returned about five times in the span of one month! The food tastes delicious and the service is amazing. I appreciate Bertha, Ana and Julia and I would give their service 5 stars…amazing! Will definitely be returning.

We had the pleasure of meeting Anik, he was our waiter for the day. Anik was very courteous and very attentive. He served us with a smile every time he checked on our table and was very professional and made sure all our needs were met without delays. We will definitely be back and ask for Anik’s station. Servers like Anik are few and we truly appreciate and enjoyed our time and the food was amazing. We just wanted to share our experience at Norm’s and recommend Anik you won’t be disappointed

Ok overall.
Beware if you are with children..on the tables they have game console Ziosk. If kids start playing it’ll be added to your tab at $3.99
We assumed it was complimentary. Sadly not. It allows you to pay at the table as well…but at $3.99 I rather order another hot chocolate instead.

Maria R. was our server during the graveyard shift at Norms, and she truly stood out. She appeared to be working by herself, yet she handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. Despite the late hours and the workload, she remained attentive, friendly, and on top of every detail. It was clear she’s a very hard worker who takes pride in what she does. Great service like hers makes a late-night visit much more enjoyable.

We were seated immediately as we literally walked in the door. Lots of parking. Food came out in a good amount of time
Good portion sizes.
Big menu.
Seemed like and tasted like vegetables in omelet were freshly cut.
Pancakes were fluffy and tasty.
Hash browns just slightly burnt on top ( in my opinion) but inside was fine.
