Bonetown is the culmination of the careers of two of the baddest Chefs in New England. Rich Cambriello started the Bonetown brand in 2013 slinging kick-ass hand-crafted burgers from his Heavy Metal food truck Daddy’s Bonetown Burgers. In 2016 Chef Shane Caledonia joined Bonetown rolling out his food truck Baby’s Bonetown BBQ, serving up the best authentic hardwood smoked BBQ and homemade sides with Chef inspired specials. This was an excellent experience. I ordered a burger, slaw, cornbread, chili, and fries. The fries were really good with a nice light seasoning. The burger was very good with great flavor. The cornbread was excellent as was the brisket chili. The slaw was nice but needed a bit more tang in my opinion. The girl working the counter, Jess, was really friendly, warm, and personable. I also met the owner’s wife, Lisa, and enjoyed speaking with her. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.6.

Love the food truck and finally found their restaurant!! AWESOME!!
The Brisket and Ribs are so tender (No Knives needed) and seasoned perfect. The Mac & Cheese really delicious. I love collard greens, but if you could add sugar to break down the vinegar. They are 2nd best to my husband’s of course. Don’t get me wrong, they are a must have on your plate. Corn bread is moist and scrumptious.

Friendly Staff, amazing environment, very cleanly, fantastic food, great and affordable pricing!
Upon walking in you the customer are in for a treat, the walls are adorned with beautiful celebrity portraits, some you can even purchase!
At the order and pick up area staff was so friendly and discussed various options for made in house bbq sauces, my favorite thus far is sweet& tangy apricot bbq!
While waiting each table (immaculate and as spotless as the restaurant) has a little chalkboard and one can’t help, but partake in the fun!
When my food arrived I was thrilled with the presentation. The burger was almost too beautiful to eat!
Will definitely be frequenting here!

Delicious! We ordered pulled pork and ribs. They came dry rubbed with a variety of self serve sauces to choose from! The corn bread was sooooo good. The side of Mac and cheese was great! Must try their food trucks!

Bonetown Burgers and BBQ recently opened up a shop (seems they’ve had a food truck for a while). My friend and I visited here as part of the RI Food Fight wing competition but couldn’t help but order from their burger menu. While the wings were good, the sauces and wing flavorings are really what won us over.
While the wings here are solidly above average I’d be truly amiss if I didn’t point you to the burgers, especially the Lemmy. The Lemmy has that perfect blend of spice, sweet and crunch that really gets your mouth watering and is by far king of the menu here.
We also really enjoyed the sauces, from the house made blue cheese to the somewhat unassumingly named hot sauce, which carries strong Smokey flavors and a chipotle kick that’ll keep you coming back for more.
Honestly I’d recommend taking a trip to try this place, it’s new, the flavors are creative but well within a standard pallet and the experience was overall really positive!

The crispy wings were crispy, yes, but they were also juicy and so full of flavor. I initially asked for all the sauces but these stand up really well on their own.

First I want to say I only tried the BBQ and not the burgers. Having said that, I give top scores for their brisket and pulled pork. I asked for point cuts, and loved it. Nice bark, not too fatty, but super flavorful. The pork was also worth the trip. Just the dry rub but the mustard sauce was a great match. The ribs also tasted great but were a bit of a struggle to get off of the bone. A bit of a drive for me but great to find another quality smokehouse in the RI/SE Mass area. I will be back!

First time in. Small dining area, very clean. Friendly staff. No combo plate option for BBQ so we just ordered a bunch of solo meat options with a couple of meat cornbread and side meals. Ribs tasted great but were a little dry as st. Louis style tend to be. Good sauce options, didn’t like the mustard sauce, the rest are great. Pulled chicken sandwich was good but not amazing. Brisket was excellent as were the burnt ends special ( I got the last order of the day ). Going to have to try the burgers and pulled pork next time. Oh really good cornbread! Will be back. Good successor to anyone sad that Brutopia closed up shop. This will fill the BBQ void.
