One of the main problems with our world is people forgetting the past, forgetting the good times and the bad. Forgetting the struggles and times of ease. While the rest of the world is fixated on improving food and fine tuning their food for the palette of 2025, Skyline Chili has taken the bold approach of feeding people rations from WW2.
If my grandpa wanted some meal with flavor infused, flavors developed by human beings and not dog food manufacturers, they are a dime a dozen. When my grandpa decides he wants to eat like late 1941 when rations were low, morale was lower, and the Nazis were pushing through the trenches, we go to Skyline.
I am not even sure what scientist spent his time being able to recreate a pasta sauce that is somehow 90% water, but tastes like 95% water, its impressive. Spill a small ladle of that water based dog water on a bland hot dog, attempting to cover up the dog food taste with a handful of cheese that was shredded 12 years ago and was aged in the Arizona sun until crispy and flavorless.
Truly tho, thank you skyline, for reminding the world that you dont have serve good food, or human-grade food at all, in order to make millions of dollars.

The spaghetti & coneys are delicious. The shredded cheese are piled so high that it falls over every time. The service is also great.

I was visiting from East Coast. Either yes…I love chili spaghetti or… Are you kidding me! You will get a week’s worth of cheese with your order of the signature dish. It was busy so there are a lot of noodles + chili people in Cincinnati. It was an fun experience that I hope these people don’t do daily!

My first time in Cincinnati and learned about this place. Went with the chili dogs. Very tasty. Next time I’ll try the spaghetti. Chili is gritty and unique compared to places out West.

A coworker raved about Skyline Chili and, when I vacationed in Cincy, he told me to check them out. The idea of pasta and chili and a good amount of cheese sounded excellent. I enjoyed it, but I didnt realize it was a chain, and my expectations went down. But, like I said, the food was good, and the staff were friendly. My coworker then told me I “didnt do it right.” So ill be going back. Besides, I really had a good time in Cincy during my first visit ever there.

Great food as always and the portion size was definitely more appropriate than the last time I was there in November 2024. Unfortunately, and I’ll never understand this, parents allow their children to leave a huge mess of food all over the floor. Every time I’m there, there is spaghetti and more everywhere and the employees can’t keep up…not their fault.

I wanted extreme cheese with my 3 way but they gave me a bag of cheddar with only a little habanero cheese mixed bag. Why did I get charged for a sprinkle of habanero cheese into a bag of mild cheddar? This isn’t what I paid or asked for? I hate east side Skylines. Always a noticeable difference between the Lambrinides owned West side stores and everyone else’s.
