5 stars if it wasn’t for an interaction I had a couple months ago. I called to place a large order for a corporate company. 80 thin burritos I would say. The lady on the phone [not the cashier, but the cook] seemed upset over the phone for my big order. I asked for an estimate of when it would be ready and she said she would call me. MIND you, that situation is kinda difficult when I have to drive 30 min, return to the office, and set up and pray the food is warm.
Inconvenient but I’m always helped by the cashier whom is always so nice. Doesn’t give me looks for placing large orders like I’m given a notice.
Food is great, I’m from Durango. Salsas are perfection.

Decided to try Gordillias after passing it by a dozen times in the past. Well….now i’m hooked on their egg, potato and carne asada breakfast burrito. They are so delicious and grilled. The restaurant is clean and they have a drive thru. Btw…the red salsa is a must have with ur burrito

Please turn the heat up. We nearly froze to death while eating in there.
It seems that some employees have not stopped using scented beads, and this creates intense stinging and itching painful nerve sensations.
I noticed that it is not gain cented beads. It is something else, but it is equally painful and damaging to the nerves
Staff: Please don’t use perlas aromáticas (scent beads), and also please don’t use SUPER ITCHY GAIN detergent, either. It’s too much to eat inside while itchy.
Anyway, I’ve been coming here for years, sometimes with my family, and we spend probably close to $100 per week.
At least one of the women here appear to be starting to use those new dangerous and toxic Gain scent beads on their clothes. This causes immense suffering and nerve pain in sensitive individuals. if they continue using these extremely painful and itchy products, we are not coming back to this restaurant anymore. Instruct all of your employees: new and old to **never use Gain or any other brand scent beads on their clothes**, as this causes toxic reactions in 1/3 of the population, which equates to 1/3 of your customer base

I used to like it but now they have bad service they raised their prices for the 10 gordita family pack from $35 with tax included to $44. They don’t even have it on display. Plus the gorditas are very skinny now and not filled up all the way. Plus the ladies are clueless and often mix up the orders.

The food here is delicious but the lady that is there in the mornings on Wednesday it’s very condescending and mean I asked her. Why didn’t you give me a family pack when I ordered and ordered eight burritos I simply asked her if the beans came with any cheese and cheese because my friend is lactose intolerant and she misunderstood and was like oh you want another side of beans and I’m like no ma’am do the beans come with cheese and she’s like no they don’t do nothing comes with cheese except one of your burritos. I’m like OK thank you when I get there. She has eight burritos ready for me. No rice no beans and she’s like that’ll be 43. something I’m like now I usually pay 36 or something and she’s like she’s like well. You gotta order the family pack and I told her that’s what I wanted and she got mad at me and I just felt bad so I guess thanks for making me feel bad. The food was good. Please tell her to be nice. Thanks.

I’ve ordered from here a couple of times already. I always get the gorditas package or tacos. For 40 tacos and all these rice and beans I payed around $60. Plus I ordered chips and guacamole as well. The food was very flavorful and everything was packed with care. Service is usually very fast.

They taking orders over the phone while they start cooking it, if you are on the way the order is ready to go once you arrive and step in just to pay. Taste so good I got a pack of 10 different gorditas ( $ 29.76) they are hand made they add a pint of rice, pint of fried beans and two little cups of green and red sauces. The place is clean and nice they use the same door for carry out and dine in. Friendly staff. Totally I recommend this place to go and get your food just for lunch or for a big party! I forgot pictures of the whole dish!

great spot for gordita, quesadillas, and burritos. their salsa bar is out of this world and the chips are made daily. you never get enough chips at other places and this spot has a self serve chip and salsa when you dine in. if you are in the area craving some delicious Mexican food, highly recommend.
